We have slowed down the work life and focus more on travel and meeting new friends.

Didn't need half of what I packed last year!
For Medical reasons we are doing this sooner then expected.
Hope to be able to spend the harshest months south and be home to welcome others to visit us when the weather is perfect.

New Hampshire river side, fishing and exploring.
Arizona, desert life was such a fun change for us.
A small friendly town that provides most any services. Great beaches in any direction. On the bay side Brewster is famous for the flats. A wonderful place to walk when the tide goes out one mile. On the oceans side you can often view whales and seals while walking the beach. Terrific restaurants and shopping. We are always happy to share the special places to see.

These folks spent several days with us and we all had a ball. We have a lot in common. We talked/visited and truly enjoyed each others' company as they visited San Antonio and took in the sights. One of them, and I won't mention which one, has a bit of an accent. When he says "Pawk da ca" he means "park the car". But you'll catch on quick. Seriously, if they knock on your door and want to stay for a bit, let them in.
Super couple, fantastic hosts and now they are new friends. This was our second boondocking experience and it was again great. We were out in the woods at their summer retreat. Stayed over one night as we had to get back home by the next morning… wish we could have stayed a lot longer. We had so much in common; the conversations were long, entertaining and lasted well into the night. We shared everything from camping and RV experiences/ideas to telling “sea stories”. It was a thoroughly enjoyable time. We look forward to visiting with them again. They have our highest recommendation.
We had a wonderful stay with HappytoBe and Harry! Even though they were very busy, they provided us with a lot of local information that enhanced our stay on the Cape. Their location is central to all sites on the Cape. We had a lot in common and the conversations just kept flowing. We hope to see them again soon! Cruisefx
We had a great visit on the Cape. Their property was a perfect location for sightseeing, visiting the parks, etc. We spent two nights boondocking on their property and thoroughly enjoyed meeting the "host." They were very gracious, and welcoming.
We really enjoyed our time with this friendly couple. They offered us lots of tips and history about the local area, which we were grateful for. This is why we love BDW. It's great to exchange info about places we've gone or hope to go to. They have a great location not far off Hwy 6 and were very accommodating. Wonderful addition to our Cape Cod experience! Thanks so much!!
Wow, are we ever grateful to have had the opportunity to be the guests of this very special couple! They are beautiful people and time spent with them was so incredibly enjoyable, informative, and inspiring we wish we could have stayed so much longer. They welcomed us so warmly we felt like we were old friends and they even shared their fabulous dinner with us. Their location is perfectly situated on the Cape and they helped us in setting up as soon as we arrived. We feel so blessed to have crossed paths with them and look forward to seeing them in the future.
Oh boy! Where to start? We intended on only staying a night, possibly two, passing through Cape Cod. When we arrived (late as usual) we were met with the friendliest couple who were so accomodating. We became instant friends! They showed us such a great time in their wonderful location, we couldn't leave. Ended up staying 5 nights and were still sad to go. These people are beyond generous, joyful, down to earth and oh so fun to be with. Our kids loved them, and their dog Harry is the sweetest thing ever. Highly recommend, but be warned, you may also be held captive by their kindness!
apologies for taking so long to post this. these folks are amazing. this was our first boondockers welcome experience. a definite 5 star experience. we stayed a couple days a couple times, first part of june. they couldn't have been more welcoming, kinder or more generous. would absolutely recommend to others. :)
Very happy, friendly and down to earth people. The backyard camping spot is wonderful and quiet, hidden away and safe. Lots to go see and do in the area. We learned a lot talking with them both. We had such a great time and we stayed longer than we had initially planned. Totally recommended as hosts or guests.
We spent 2 great nights (very calm and nice place), really nice people, generous and adorable. We were really happy to meet them and have new friends now.
