I did get a chance to say hi
Visited with Tom a bit, as they had friends and things to see in the area. We have similar backgrounds and enjoyed their visit. Welcome back here anytime.....
We had a great stay here. He came.to greet us and help us get settled. He has a pull thru, crescent shaped driveway so we unhooked and then could back up to leave...His drive is a little narrow so we didnt think we could.fit our 54ft long rig+truck around it.
Nice quiet road with a few buggies and cars. Nice sunset. Close to attractions in both Clauton and AB. We would stay again if in the area.
This was our 1st BW, but we are serial Harvest Hosters.
The host was very accommodating. Greeted us upon arrival. Helped hook us up to water and electricity. The following day we ventured out to visit with them in me fruit tree orchards. Talked awhile and realized we had alot in common. Looking forward to staying again in the future.
Beautiful huge property, easy to find and access. The only sound at night are the frogs and the crickets, I loved it!
The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. There is so much beautiful scenery and nature in their area to explore. Would definitely stay again if they let me 😀
Thank you guys again for having me!
I had a terrific time staying there it was nice and quiet and peaceful close to Alexandria Bay. I even went to dinner with the host we had a great time.
We learned a lot about each other and there was even hiking trails to go on.
I give them a five star rating and would go there again.
Nestled in the farmland outside of Alexandria bay this was a great stay. Fantastic flat parking on asphalt so the rig was nice and level. We got to see the Amish riding by in horse and buggy. Literally 5 minutes from downtown Alexandria Bay. Would definitely come again
Had a wonderful time while staying here, clean, level place to park. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating with electric and water. I enjoyed spending time with them. Would stay again if back in the area.
Bay Haven is a great place to stay. The site is beautiful with expansive lawns and a small pond in a hollow behind the house. It is very easy to access due to the horseshoe driveway, but far enough from the house to have plenty of privacy.
The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I was pleased to be able to help them planting several pear trees in their future orchard. I would love to come back in a few years to harvest some fruit.
The hosts were very accommodating! The location was close access to beautiful Alexandria Bay. Very quiet and secluded. Beautiful country and would stay there again if in the area.
What a wonderfully quiet and peaceful spot to recharge our batteries. Thank you for hosting.
This is a great spot. Great hosts and willing to advise on some of the local spots. Very helpful. We will come here again. I don’t think we could get any closer to A Bay either.
Quiet. Peaceful. Charming. This little stay felt far and away, yet so conveniently located within a few minutes of our favorite getaway spot. Our hosts were very generous, accommodating and made us feel right at home. Much thanks to them and best wishes for a successful Boondockers Welcome experience.
The host got us set up on one leg of a loop driveway in their front yard on a country road. It was quiet but close (driving distance) to Alexandria Bay. Beautiful area with lots of State Parks. We really enjoyed the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton. We highly recommend the area and our host.
Hosts were friendly and really helpful! They gave many suggestions for things to do and places to buy things around the area.
There were hiking trails right by their property and we heard horse and buggies ride down their street. We got to go to a nearby drive-in theater and see a first run movie during our visit! We really enjoyed our stay.
