I had the opportunity to be their guest last summer and they were terrific hosts. They and their well behaved dog were great guests and I really enjoyed their visit. I hope they enjoyed themselves here and I look forward to having them as guests again in the future.
Had a wonderful night over at cnyfarmer’ s place. She met us on the road to guide us onto her beautiful property. Stayed on her level grass and didn’t even have to unhitch our road! Thank you for your hospitality.
Enjoy the view/ loved my time with these hosts and learned something about the art of whittling and the pastime of antique tractor meet ups!
Helpful hosts. We enjoyed looking out over the valley as sunset brought the night. A quiet spot to spend the night.
Very nice place and so very nice hosts. They helped us out to get there and gave us a helping hand to get in place. Genuine good people, must absolutly see the view from our spot ! I highly recommand these hosts. Shurly we will pass by in a near futur, hopfully. Thank's again ! 😃
We arrived late at night so the dark was not in our favor, but we were kindly met at the street by CNyFarmer holding a flashlight to guide the way! Helped us get parked and settled in. The location is perfect and safe.
Woke up in the AM to the most beautiful views. They also helped us get back on the road easily the next morning. We will definitely reach out to stay here again on our next pass through the area!
Cnyfarmer has a beautiful property, spectacular views and peaceful! Unfortunately both cnyfarmer and myself were very busy during my stay so we did not get to visit. However they were so nice to meet me when I arrived to help me get parked in a super easy pull through spot! If i was ever on the area again i would love to stay again! Highly recommend them! It was a great first boondockers welcome stay!
This is a perfect place to park with lots of room and an amazing view. Plus, Laurie is super friendly.
Super nice spot and people! Just delightful. The direction our GPS took us to get there took us on some really steep hills so talk to the owners before listening to your GPS. The trek out was very easy. The owner helped us back in, it was a little challenging for a semi-newbie. Loved sitting on the porch talking and getting to know them. Would definitely recommend.
A wonderful host on a wonderful property. We were passing through with two grumpy kids and a fifth wheel, on a holiday weekend no less, and heading North. We decided to hunker down for the afternoon and reached out to the closest host. We were accepted basically last minute with open arms and smiling faces. We would stay here again in a heartbeat on the next pass through the area.
Stayed for just a night passing through and the place was perfect. I didn't need to unhook my tow car.
We spent a night at Lauries place. She and her husband have been very friendly and welcoming. Our dog was feeling very comfortable too. Thank you for having us. We would recommend them to anyone. The view above the whole place was amazing.

This is a lovely spot in a farmer's field. Clear skies gave a great opportunity to star watch and the chance to go into town without the trailer was great. Thank you Laurie.
CNYfarmer was not able to be present for our arrival, but had set out a sign that made it obvious where to park. Because of wet ground we disconnected the car on the street, minimal traffic, and backed in through the gate. We had no trouble getting a level spot. Laurie (?) came by and greeted us a bit after we set up. Enjoyed meeting her.
We would be glad to stay again if we are in the area.
We were welcome by our hosts upon our arrival. They gave us a warm welcome and showed us the huge parking place. What a quiet place and nice area they live. The drive there from the highway is really nice. I just wish I had more time to visit the farm.
These folks welcomed us enthusiastically - Laurie was waiting by her gate and ran (yes ran) down the road to show us where to park, in a field beside their farm house. We invited them for a glass of wine later that evening and shared stories. Lovely people, getting ready to explore in their own RV. Highly recommended.
Laurie and Bud were great hosts with both coming over to our RV to introduce themselves and to ask if we needed anything. Laurie actually came over 3 separate times to chat with us. We also got to meet their son Buckee (?) not sure of the spelling.
They have a huge field to setup in.
This was our first boondocking experience and what an outstanding experience it was.
This was the reason we joined boondockers.
Thank you again Laurie and Bud.
Bud and Laurie were great hosts and live in a beautiful country setting. You really couldn't find nicer people. They were very helpful with local attractions and events. I hope that someday they can make it to Florida and stay with me.
