We started traveling full time in the fall of 2019 and plan on seeing all 50 states before we enroll our toddler in school.
Our SUV and RV were purchased in cash, and we have zero debt of any kind. This gives us tremendous freedom in our decision making.
Max is our toddler in chief. He will get to experience all the diversity this country has to offer before he even starts school, and will learn first hand that everyone is free to live anywhere and anyway they prefer.
At the end of our adventure, we plan on going back to New Hampshire and either buy an existing small home or build one.
If you’d like to follow along with our journey, you can find us on Instagram, Facebook, and hopefully soon on YouTube @DebtLessRV
Because we have been DebtLess for almost a decade, we can offer our point of view to those who aspire to be the same. “Those convinced against their will, are of the same opinion still”
We installed our entire solar and lithium battery setup ourselves and have learned just about anything a beginner would need to know. We’re always glad to share our knowledge with those who would like to do the same. (Neither of us knew anything about electrical before we started this journey)
15 years of U-Haul experience for each of us has given us an endless amount of knowledge about towing systems. I’ve installed somewhere in the neighborhood of 1000 tow packages over those 15 years, and I’m always glad to share that knowledge with anyone.
Nottingham NH is our current hometown. But we both grew up in different areas. Ricky grew up in Porto, Portugal and Moved to the states at the age of 12. Jamie grew up in Rhode Island And southern Massachusetts.
2009 Acura MDX is the towing vehicle. Our travel trailer is a 23’ 2011 Rockwood Mini Lite.
It was a pleasure to have Debtless RV stay here. I found what they have done with their rv very interesting. We had several great conversations. They are always welcome here.
Nice family. It was fun watching their kid play in the sand. It was interesting to hear about the modifications they did to their rig. It was a pleasure to have them here, and we would welcome them back anytime.
DebtlessRV has priorites right! They are experiencing a dream of traveling that most might do after retirement. This young family was a pleasure to host. We hope they return.
DebtlessRV is a wonderfully warm family. They arrived late in the afternoon. The next morning we got a request to stay an extra two days. Yes! This gave us a chance to visit with them a bit.
They did an excellent job on keeping us updated on their ETA. Very respectful of our place. Polite and a delight to host.
We hope they come back as they are most certainly welcome here any time.
We thoroughly enjoyed hosting this couple. They are friendly, very considerate and have the cutest two-year-old that you will ever meet! I would definitely look forward to a return visit from them!
It was very nice to meet and host this guest. Super nice and interesting couple with a great youngster that got along well with our dog and cat. I hope that they come by our place again some day.
