Tim and Janice live in Colorado on the Western Slope (about 43 miles from the eastern Utah border by way of I-70). We take several trips a year, usually in the west. We enjoy hiking. We love to boondock beside streams and rivers. We ski in the winter and travel the rest of the year. We have five grandchildren!
We're both pretty good skiers!
Casey is a small brown and white dog. She goes anywhere we go!
Love traveling in the southern Utah areas. We're getting better about finding places!
We have a Navion 2017 24J motorhome. We have one slide out. It is 25 feet long. We don't need any hookups unless they are provided.
This guest was as quiet as a mouse. She wanted to leave early but we never heard her go. Would welcome her back on future visits. My husband met her but doe to rainy weather I did not. Next time maybe!
I was "under the weather" and didn't get to meet her but my wife had a nice conversation with her. Only on site for about 14 hours. She communicated well and did not require any assistance backing into her spot. Hope if she stops by again I can be a more hospitable host!
Brought us a box of peaches and had a short visit. She can come back anytime.
Janice was a perfect host.We spent 2 nights here in a quiet farming community, surrounded by corn fields.
The shared experiences were appreciated, by this Aussie Boondocker
Thanks Janice, for letting us stay with short notice. Pull thru parking on gravel. We enjoyed the awesome river walk trail 1 mile from the house.
Hope to cross paths again.
Superb quiet location, level parking, and fabulous host!
Need I say more? : )
Janice and Tim's place is in wine country in Colorado around Grand Junction. We didn't get a chance to visit the many wineries around there as we were just travelling through, but we found a great place to get our air conditioning fixed on our truck, Smitties in Clifton, Co. Janice has a nice level gravel yard and the cows next door at her father-in-laws were our neighbors!
Didn't get to meet Tim, but Janice was very nice and we enjoyed staying the night. Thanks again Janice for your hospitality. Sally and Dave
