I have begun the dream of a lifetime, but I've been naive about the costs involved in RVing full-time...thus, my participation in Boondockers. I'm traveling in a 2004 ROADTREK 190. I'm currently in Redondo Beach, CA and will leave here on 12/23 for Tucson, AZ. I'll be staying one week at Catalina State Park and one week at Lost Dutchman and from there...who knows?! My interests are living frugally, healthily and quietly. I like to hike, knit, write, cook and am always looking for new adventures. Most of the great places I've visited since beginning my journey (just three short months ago) have been due to suggestions from fellow travelers, friends and family. As my RV is currently not winterized, I could use water and/or sewage hook-ups (but not a necessity) and an occasional electrical connection is appreciated so I can re-charge all my techno-gear. If anyone has any suggestions on Wildlife Habitats, Bird Sanctuaries, etc. that you've visited, please let me know. If I could be in/on/around/near one every day of my life I'd be fulfilled. ;) I'm anxious to meet like-minded individuals and anxious to be back on the road again.
I've obedience-trained many puppies/dogs; I cook, sew, knit, crochet, write, organize, and read.
None yet, but I'm concentrating my travels in the upcoming year to the SW, W, NW, Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho.
