Have always had lots of pets around, from dogs and cats to chickens, goats pigs and more. Currently down to last dog as hoping to travel more and stress less.
Belfair Wa. is home address, bit out of the small downtown area in lil' community of Victor. North mason county, with everything literally at our doorsteps. From beaches and mountains, ocean , rainforest and desert all within minutes to two hours away. Hood Canal and beautiful puget sound are locals playground and reason no shortage of visitors to our special place all year long !!
Don't actually have an rv yet, been looking, hoping to find before spring a nice used class c . Wanting a smaller, 24 or 25 footer tops.
This was the first time we used Boondockers Welcome and it was wonderful.
Just the type of experience you hope for your first time using the membership.
Detailed directions to the property. Stayed two nights in the inner pasture in a well defined,
graveled, very level space. Water and 30 amp power provided. Very quiet peaceful stay.
Very highly recommend. Thank you very much RichnShannon.
I did not have the good fortune to interact with the hosts, but they communicated via the app and the place was easy to find with their directions. Nice and quiet. Chatted a bit with the person calling next to me. This place is great and I will stay here again!
Nice set up for the rv and our dogs enjoyed the nice area to play. Wish we had more time to talk with them will have to pass thru this way again. Highly recommend.
Well thought out RV pads, very welcoming hosts, close to lots of fun in central WA. Thank you!!
Great stay with these folks. Very helpful and quick to answer when I had a question. Hope to come back some day! Thank you, RichnShannon!
2 days wasn't enough, our hosts graciously allowed us to extend giving us to get to the meat of what the area has to offer from views to eats and water activity we were never board.
Great location, on a great big property! Beautifully maintained with a very laid back vibe, we didn't plan enough time to fully explore the area with so much to do and many sites to soak up.
Hosts were welcoming, didn’t get a chance to talk much as we were busy out exploring the area, but very friendly and provided a secure location to stay a few days with hookups and lots of space.
We had an excellent stay here. Nice and quiet. The nice gravel pad, electric and water just was so nice!!! Thanks again.
This was our first Boondockers Welcome stay, and it was wonderful. Just what we needed. Very quiet and peaceful, in a secure and safe place. The owners provide a very large, fenced-in area for Boondocker members, which was perfect for our dog to run and play in off leash. They even had a rustic but well prepared, level area for our rig with easy to reach hookups for water and electricity. Owners made sure we had good instructions. The entrance to the property is narrow, but we were able to negotiate it with our 38ft class A with tow behind. Very highly recommend!
Great location, beautiful spots with access to water and power if needed. Highly recommended
Boondockers truly ARE welcome at this unique and wonderful property. A small community of fellow RV dwellers share in the quiet country atmosphere, and the owner is so welcoming. Two thumbs up!
Rich’s place was a great launching point for our 4th of July activities. I biked along the hood canal and we hiked around the Theler nature preserve and the Alderbook trails. Rich was very communicative letting me know before I got here that google maps sends you to the back of the property. We will definitely look to stay here again.
Outstanding host, let us arrive a day early and use his firewood!
Had a fantastic stay with RichnShannon. So peaceful and quiet. Our dogs had a blast in the open area. Easy access for unlimited day trips. Would have loved to stay longer!
We had a great time at RichnShannon's place. Great location with many outdoor activities, restaurants, and stores close by. Quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. The hosts were awesome and had great communication. Sites were very clean and easy to back into. Plenty of space to maneuver. Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this place.
Quiet country space. Courteous and welcoming hosts. Wake up to roosters and birds.
Rich and Shannon are the quintessential hosts. We even got a bon fire at night. Both electric and water hook ups which is rare at a Boondockers Welcome site. On top of that we had a fenced acre to let our Lab out to play and run under supervision. Close to shopping and places to see on the Key Peninsula. If you have a rig that is 25-30 ft long I would take the back roads in just because the turn off of highway 302 is steep enough to scrape the back end of your rig. The back way in starts on highway 3 out of Belfair, then turn right on Lake Flora road and your GPS should take you the rest of the way. It is a lovely drive.
This was a perfect getaway, a great space to run around in for me & my puppy. We enjoyed a wonderful stay, and RichnShannon were incredibly accommodating hosts making sure we were set up and had everything we needed. Easy to get to, and a great pasture with lots of space. We will definitely be back!
