Retired couple traveling for fun

Active Guest

Do you know or have you hosted this user?

My husband and I are retired. Greg was a math and science teach for 20 years. He taught primarily middle school. He also was a vice principal and taught teachers. Cathy is a Nurse practitioner. She also teaches nursing, and continues to do so online, even though she is now retired. We both live part time in Baja Mexico and part time in traveling in our RV. Our USA homebase is in Phoenix AZ.
We travel with our little dachshund dog ABBY. She is our spoiled baby, and she quickly makes all who meet her fall in love with her.

Favorite Boondocking Locations

While it is not boondocking, our favorite RV location is at Mono Village RV park at Twin Lakes, just outside Bridgeport California

capngreg's Hometown

Our winter home is in Baja California in a town called San Felipe. We have built a brick and mortar home there. We are 2 hours south of the border. We live in a gated community of mostly USA citizens and Canadians. YES we feel safe there, as that is the number one question we are often asked.

Second time guest

Enjoyed the campfire time, topics and explanations. Your daughter’s insight to the topics was delightful.

Friendly couple, and repairs made

They only stayed two nights but we had several chances to chat.

And they were needing a few repairs, refrigerator not working on propane. Left front and Left lower rear exterior wall pulling from the frame repaired some bad wood and sealed up, also made a repair to the grey water line.

Welcome again anytime.
