We are new to Boondockers Welcome in 2020, and we love to meet new people. Heather is a retired College Professor; Greg is a retired Auto Worker. We get around, enjoying our time in the Smoky Mountains, when not in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (summer) or in the Florida Keys (winter). As hosts also, we are happy to share a small, level pad, seasonally, on semi-wooded property adjacent to our cabin near White Fish Point, Paradise, MI.
Greg is a gifted small engine mechanic and loves to fish. Heather has experience in many arts and crafts, and still engages in serious projects related to English Literature, Writing, and Art.
We have a small, sweet, rescue, girl-baby terrier mix.
We are looking forward to finding out!

Bearlyhome are such hospitable hosts! Such warmth and love felt in this space.
We had a wonderful time getting to know Our hosts and their sweet dog. Easy in and out on a gravel pad. Great recommendations for local day trips. Gracious hosts with wonderful stories and big hearts. It was our first trip to the UP and we look forward to returning to see more and check in on our new friends.
What kind hosts (and adorable puppy). We sat outside around a fire and chatted until the stars shown bright. Thank you for your hospitality and local recommendations.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. These hosts went out of their way to welcome us, and assist us with our time spent in their area. They were a wealth of information with things to do and places to go. It was so pleasant to sit around their wonderful campfire and feel so much at home. After their kind invitation, we ended up staying an additional night, and we feel like we have definitely made two thoughtful new friends!
