She is a retired science teacher. He is retired from the manufacturing industry. We both are new to the RV world and looking forward to making new friends and learning from others.
She is pretty good at identifying local flora and fauna. He is pretty good at anything mechanical.
We have a wonderful cat named Nebula. He does travel with us but also loves to be outside when we are home.
None yet, we are new.

Great guests who enjoyed our area. Spring is arriving and things are blooming, hope they will visit again.
Great guests who didn't require much from us. They are very knowledgeable and shared information about their solar system with us and identified some of our native plants & trees for us. We enjoyed visiting with them and look forward to Boondocking at their home one day.
What a great location for hiking and outdoor recreation! The hosts greeted me with open arms and lots of information on hiking in the area. The campsite was perfect...quiet with the sound of nearby Ostin Creek running. Great visit with the hosts sharing and making mountain pies by the campfire 🔥 and free firewood! I would highly recommend a stay here and enjoy all the hosts and area has to offer.
Very nice couple
Incredible setting not to be missed
Colder night so no campfire
Views there coming in and going out are breath taking
We loved our stay here. From the gracious hosts to the surrounding area, this place is wonderful. Our hosts helped us find the wonderful nuggets in their community. See the Flowering Bridge if you go here. We had no issue with our Imagine 2250 (approx 27 feet) navigating the driveway or space. It
Our first stay as guests with BW was at rohoy12's beautiful boondocking spot in the western NC mountains. It was highlighted by a snow flurry. We had not seen snow in decades, so believe it or not, it was a treat. We had a roaring fire in the fire ring. They even had some wood stacked out for us. Wonderful couple and we hope to travel there again!
We really appreciated getting to stay the night at Mountain Cove. It is a beautiful location, very quiet. We loved the hosts, they are kind and interesting. We just wish we had more time with them.
Our plans left us arriving late but our hosts were very flexible and were able to accommodate us. They gave great directions too. We wish them luck with their upcoming travels in their new trailer.
This location was awesome, located adjacent to the hosts home and although out of the way, we got very detailed and easy to follow direction. They even had firewood stacked in a fire pit ready for us. And although they were having guests over they took the time to chat awhile which was also nice. We were lucky to be the inaugural guests and I’m sure there will be plenty of interesting members coming through to enjoy it in the future. Best of luck, we highly recommend!
