Do you know or have you hosted this user?

My husband and I seek to raise our children well, love our kids and love others well. We juggle jobs and yet prioritize God, friendships, outdoors, play, and service. We are thankful and blessed!

Skills & Expertise to Share

My husband can guide people into the home buying process, his field, and I can offer gardening advise as a master gardner and landscape designer. I also teach yoga and can offer informal classes as the opportunity allows it.

Schroeman's Pets

We have one sweet dog, Caesar, who is a mellow people pleaser. He won't be traveling with us. We will miss him!

Favorite Boondocking Locations

We are just starting to camp (& just purchased & picked up our first trailer today!) so we don't yet have good places to share, but I am sure we soon will! :)

Schroeman's Hometown

We live in Richmond, VA. We love it! We live in a historic house in a historic part of town. We wish we could host RV's, but city living & many row houses won't work with our city life. We enjoy the art scene, the river running through our city, trails to hike, church, friends, and community.

Wonderful visit by a wonderful family!

I loved having Schroemans on my hill. Their kids were delightful and loved my doggies Coco and Midnight. I put up a Christmas Village this year and invited the family over for the premier viewing. They are welcome back any time...

very short

They were a bit later than planned - after dark. Since our drive is hard enough to see in the daytime, I met them at the front. They were not daunted by the drive or hillside at night. Got set up easily and quickly. Unfortunately it was a short overnight stay so we did not get as acquainted as I would have liked. And no gardening hints ;-( Hopefully there will be a time in the future where they can spend more time and even visit some of the St. Louis attractions. They are certainly welcome back/ Hope the alpacas did not spit.
