We live in "cottage country" about 3 blocks from the shores of Lake Winnipeg. We spend our summers walking, biking, kayaking, & gardening.
While travelling, we look for new hiking and biking trails, and quiet places to camp. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing travel stories, and RV tips and tricks. We have visited wineries in several states and provinces. We enjoy quiet evenings by a fire, and are generally morning people.
We are fairly handy and have reno'ed several houses. We love to cook and garden, and are good with most animals.
We've travelled a fair bit, and love to share stories and get tips from others.
We have a decent supply of tools, if you need to borrow something while here.
We like quiet, rural or semi-rural properties. If there's a pretty view and some interesting animals included, we're even happier.
Matlock, Village of Dunnottar, on the shores of Lake Winnipeg. Our village has year-round and summer residents, as well as seasonal and weekend "cottagers."
We have a 27' travel trailer with no slides. It is a 2013 Hideout.
A pleasure to have . Very cheerful . The animals fell in Love with them also . I could not keep Samson ( the horse) away from them .. Leah and Karen spoiled them with treats . The Horse Samson & Goat Cobbler were really sad to see them go ! Lol. Leah & Karen are the perfect guest to host . Welcome here anytime .
We really enjoyed meeting and visiting with them. Our dogs had a great time, even got taken for a walk. Would be happy to have the ladies come back any time.
