We are empty nesters and with retirement coming in a few years, the travel bug has bitten us. We just got our first campervan as I got tired of tent camping.
We have a home in an older neighborhood.
My wife is an amazing gardener and loves to share her vegetables and advice. Her yard is full of beautiful flowers.
I love to cook, and we eat mostly Mexican foods.
We both speak Spanish.
We are new to RV life and look forward to getting ideas.
We started off with 2 rescued littermates. Wilford Brindley and Charlie Bravo.
My father passed away and we brought his Boxer into our pack.
So they are now the Flea Amigos.
The three are much too big to travel with us in our campervan for long trips, so they get to enjoy little shorter trips.
This area is well known for three large rivers, and world-famous wineries.
Our wannabe Westfalia camper van we call Miss Daisy, is a 2021 Pleasure-way Tofino poptop campervan. We are fully self contained and usually have enough solar for all our needs.
"flealess" or not; small craft advisory or calm seas the chapafamily is always welcome to park "Daisy" here ... or there ... anytime.
They came, they slept, they went ... seriously though, they are very nice and welcome anytime. Hope they bring their 'flea amigos' next time,
Nice clean RV. Virus distancing and other factors precluded chats. Left early very quietly. Please can we remind guests to provide an approx ETA ahead of time (such as the day before, or first thing), so the host can be free to better plan their day, thanks.
Chapafamily stayed here during the worst heat wave in years with no complaints and no drama. They were a pleasure to have and we welcome them back anytime.
This may very well be my favorite BW hosts! After changing my dates about a 1/2 dozen times, it was always met with "that's fine." There to help me move into the spot, there was totally enough room for my 29' Class A rig, even with slides on both sides of the RV I fit in fine! I parked my tow car on the street right in front of my RV. But the best part was I spent a wonderful evening chatting with the entire family.
Thanks for the GREAT visit!
This is our first time out on an RV adventure and this stay was perfect! Jennifer helped us feel right at home. Great, even place to park. Thank you!
Our hosts communicated with us very well in advance, and they came out to greet us upon arrival. We had no trouble backing into their ideal flat, gravel site. Hooking up to electrical on the side of their garage was easy as can be. We highly recommend these hosts, and we would love to come back some day if possible. Thank you!
the Alphabet house was a perfect stop for my long drive between National Parks- it was great to have a flat sleeping night and the privacy wall was nice.
Wonderful friendly host. Helped direct me park. Easy to find and park. Great level place with plenty of room. Place is on corner lot which makes it easy to back in and park. Nice privacy fence so you have the space to your self. Great park and walking trail real close by. Close to any shopping needs. Hope to stop here again anytime I am in the area.
