We are a family of 4, usually with our basset hound Dusty (who thankfully doesn’t howl), and often time with Grandma Kathy.
We’ve had our RV for 13 years. Before we had kids Roilyn and I travelled for almost 6 months straight, visiting 46 states and 6 Canadian provinces. Since then we mainly stay on the west coast, but sometimes venture out to other states on longer family trips. I’d like to think we are easy going, and understand the RV lifestyle and what boondocking is and isn’t. We look forward to meeting new people!!
I own a couple small businesses, happy to share any advise and have plenty of “what not to do” stories.
Roilyn is a special ed teacher, she’s amazing at it.
My kids Chase and Noelle (Boo) are both in school and are expert players with other kids.
We usually travel with our dog Dusty, a basset hound. He’s as sweet as it gets. He also doesn’t howl! :)
At home we like to boondock at or near the beach or Fiesta Island, when we are on the road we mostly boondock at Wal-Marts or ideally at a state park or near some kind of body of water.
San Diego, CA. (Town of Alpine to be exact)
“The Moose” is a log cabin on wheels - it’s all professionally crafted knotty pine wood interior with log furniture and decor. The coach itself is a 1993 MCI 102C3 bus conversion. From the outside it looks like a nice, normal bus conversion, but on the inside it’s super unique and cool (at least we think so)! :)
