We are hoping to travel more after Marlene’s retirement from the public library as a children's librarian in November ’14. Charlie will continue to conduct his computer consulting business while on the road thanks to technology. We like the independence and self-sufficiency that trailer life affords. Bringing our own conveniences and needs along in the trailer is very appealing. Charlie is handy and likes making improvements to his equipment…some of the skills come from the Navy, years in the auto industry and building our own house in North Royalton, OH. Boondocking is a great concept for meeting people.
Marlene: A retired Youth Services Supervisor from the Cuyahoga County, Berea Branch Library. Crocheting, knitting and reading an e-book are past-times which transfer nicely to traveling the open road.
Charlie: I have spent the last 20 years selling computer equipment. In past life's I was a auto body-man, and before that was a Machinist Mate in the US Navy, Submarine Service. Now I tinker with home construction/repair, auto repair, and minor welding. "A jack of all trades, master of none".
Any place new or unusual.
We live in North Royalton Ohio about 30 minuets south of Cleveland Ohio.

Although they were here for one night only and arrived late, we had a very pleasant conversation and homemade muffins brought over by their daughter who lives nearby. They were here to pick her up on their way North for a short vacation near Lake Michigan. We hardly knew they were here. They are welcome anytime.
