Retired Marine Avionics tech, retired IT support, retired handyman. My wife is a retired schoolteacher; we head south in our motorhome when the first freeze is forecast. My boondocking location is a 1850's farmhouse I'm totally remodeling; it's a long term project that I'm in no hurry to finish. We don't live on the farmhouse property; I remodeled a small lakeside cottage in Brighton MI a few years ago exactly how my wife wanted it; and she's not going to give that up.
I usually do my own maintenance and repairs on our houses, vehicles, and equipment. If you're having a problem with your rig I can lend a hand, there's not much I can't figure out.
2012 Georgetown XL; it's a gas 34 footer with a full slide on the drivers side and a small rear slide curbside. Small enough to go most places, large enough to be comfortable.
