I'm fairly new to van camping and have enjoyed the traveling I've done so far in my Promaster City. My van is small but self-contained – all I really need is a nice (hopefully flat) spot to park.
I'm an avid backpacker and I apply the self-sufficiency skills learned in that interest to my life in the van – I don't need much to be comfortable. I abide by "Leave No Trace" principles when out hiking and I do the same when I'm van-camping also.
I travel solo right now but am happy to meet new people and I'm animal-friendly. I'm looking forward to using my van to go to backpacking and running locations and to see more of our great country.
No great skills that I can think of... I'm just all-around skillful :-)
One cat who doesn't travel with me.
I've enjoyed dispersed camping in national and state forests. Also like state park campgrounds.
East Windsor, NJ – right in the middle of the state.
Red 2018 Promaster City camper van, 17 feet. Basic camper kit, fully self-contained. No hookups needed though occasionally may utilize a host's electricity or potable water if available.
We are glad you enjoyed your stay here and hope you had a good day on Sunday.
Van had a cool conversion and a pleasant personality, hoped he enjoyed hiking, stop by anytime.
