Retired truck driver that's still driving ... nowadays a 35' Fleetwood Bounder with a Ford Ranger behind it carrying my 2-wheeled 'therapy machine.' It's cheaper than a psychiatrist. I spend varying lengths of time in any one place depending on how much fun I'm having. Afterall, my bedroom is on wheels.
Not yet, mostly because of my motorcycle side trips. What would I do with Fido for 3 days?
Born in Savannah, GA; dad in the Air Force so we moved A LOT; high school in southern Illinois where I still have a lot of family; I moved to Florida in 2008 (better motorcycle riding weather). I still winter in Pinellas County.
A 35' Fleetwood Bounder towing an 8' utility trailer carrying my motorcycle and bicycle. Unit is totally self contained including a quiet generator.
Safe travels out there.
Stop by when you pass through.
Very good communication. Visited pleasantly with him a time or two over the course of our stay. We’d welcome him back any time.
In modern times the term gentleman has lost much of its meaning in part due to its overuse in the sarcastic tone in the classroom to refer to naughty teenage boys. Ngold101 helps to restore the original use of the word by characterizing the respect, intelligence, openness, and other-centered heart that used to define those called gentlemen. It was a pleasure sharing life with this refined, dignified, and cordial fellow. You are welcome anytime. He is also a skilled debater of issues who seeks perspective and truth in others while also elucidating his own point of view.
Nice to meet this traveler. Welcome back ngold anytime.
