Quiet place

Thank you for the night we spent in your spot. Unfortunately they were a lot of traffic due to construction so we have to cancel two more nights. But again it was generous from you to offer.
Thanks

Big heart, Wonderful stay.

Layne is one of kind man. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. He even had printed a personalized document with recommendations and helpful information, and he always referred to our loved home by her name; Molly - extra special!

The neighbourhood is so beautiful and quiet. We saw the sunset as per Layne’s recommendation and set up for a great night.

Meeting Layne was a pleasure and we look forward to seeing him again. You’d be lucky to stay here!

Such great hosts!

We stayed for two nights and it was perfect. They left a welcome sheet with information about Richmond and the area. They were very nice and the communication was very easy. Thanks again for everything :)

Gracious Hosts

We had a very positive experience from the initial contact to the last message goodbye. ChaplainLayne communicated promptly, clearly, provided a greeting sheet for us upon self-checkin, and even came home early to help us get power set up. As we had a tire issue on our first morning (screw imbedded) that needed resolving and also needed to beat the forecasted snows on our travelling route, we headed out earlier than planned. He kindly offered us bottled water and even checked in to make sure we made it ok. Very kind people and will definitely stay again when passing through.

Peaceful spot. Lovely host

A wonderful host, great communicator, providing helpful tips about the area. The parking spot is flat and in a very quiet and lovely residential area.
Great location if you coming to or from the ferry to Vancouver Island. Be sure and leave time to explore Steveston, the historic fishing village nearby, and Britannia shipyard. And have fish and chips!
We hope to stop here again in the future. A perfect spot!
