I own a 2013 Roadtrek 190 Popular. It is a class B motor home, 20'5" in length. No slide outs.
Our stay was comfortable and the site was scenic. Warm hospitality. Thanks
Our host was very friendly and showed us her animals and lovely view. We enjoyed the quiet rural atmosphere. I would definitely return.
After a long day of travel, I arrived just after dark. I was helped to park on. Perfectly level driveway. 😆 my host was warm, friendly and attentive to my needs. I was offered electric hookup and water. Unfortunately the rain blocked what would have been a beautiful sunrise, as the house sits atop of a hill.
I would highly recommend staying here.
After a very long day of driving, we appreciated the opportunity to stay at this quiet, easy to find spot. We arrived late, and, after a very restful night's sleep, were delighted to wake to such beautiful surroundings. We also enjoyed visiting with our host and watching her horses grazing in the pasture. Thank you for your hospitality!
I arrived at approximately the agreed upon time. Host was outside waving to me and the power connection was ready. A lovely reception. Such a beautiful, quiet country environment after the city. Fine for my Class B Roadtrek, but be ready for a fairly narrow, gravel road access.
Couldn’t have stayed with a more friendly gal. Her little spot in the world is quite comfortable and gorgeous. Recommend to everyone passing through Rolla.
Had a lovely stay with Matilda who was very welcoming and hospitable. Would recommend to anyone.
Matilda thanks so much for your kindness and hospitality. Getting my rig backed up the driveway took some doing...other than that it couldn't have been any better. Thanks Ma'am. Windmill camp.
I stayed here one night in early June 2017. This is a beautiful place and only a couple of miles out of town. The host made me very welcome and gave me some pointers on what to see in town.
I would definitely stay here again.
We realized this was our first repeat stay with a host we'd visited on a previous trip. "Matilda" had a fire in the hearth and popcorn waiting - a warm welcome and lively conversation over a glass of wine. Hope to pick up where we left off, maybe at our place in Ontario next time? She'll always be welcome!
Thanks Matilda, you were an excellent host. The dog enjoyed attention and the horses enjoyed being fed. As stated in her profile, this is a good location for smaller RV's.
Thank you Matilda for your kindness and grace. Even when we asked for things not listed as available on your website... so sorry about that - reminder to self: read the data in your hosts listings! But you remained gracious and we are grateful. God bless you. Definitely recommend this Boondocker as a lovely stop along your journey.
Our host (and her pets) gave us a warm welcome, outstanding hospitality, and electric to help get us through a cold night. All in a beautiful Ozark Hills setting with great views! Most highly recommended!
