I live in New Mexico, but from Wisconsin originally. All of my family is there, so I visit frequently.
I travel alone most of the time, but will alert people when I have my loves with me.
I hike, bike and write.
I am a land lord, and do the maintenance mostly myself, or I am the owner/contractor on a job.

Cherbear was doing catch-up work and I was tired, so we didn't really get to talk much. That suited us both! She arrived before I got home; I was glad she plugged in and made herself at home, I'd have felt bad if she had set around waiting. Thanks, Cher, for putting my mind at ease.
Great to have you return and bring your granddaughter. Loved hiking the prairie. Hope to see you next time you are passing through or on your pad!
We enjoyed our brief visit, we got to share a good thunder storm with Cherbear. very pleasent lady. hope to see her on her way back home.
Cherbear was our first Boondocker and is great guest and an experienced RVer. Hook up to electrical was super quick. We briefly connected in that -it's a small world -way and then parted as soon as we knew the power worked. The stay reminded us of our usual boondocker style, stop by for a good nights rest, then up and going the next morning to the next adventure. Thanks for making our first hosting time such an easy and positive experience!
We have had several boondockers come in the evening and leave early the next morning without really getting to know them. All have been easy to accommodate at our site - arriving and leaving as they indicated they would. We are delighted to host our boondocker guests, and hopefully, at some future time our paths will cross again, and we will become better acquainted.
Just here for a night with cool temps so not a lot of time to converse. Friendly boondocker, welcome back anytime.
We kept our distance due to covid and our conversation short due to the cold, but cherbear was so sweet! Great guest who was quiet and independent. Would love to host her again!
It was a treat to host Cherbear as my first Boondocker guest. She communicated well before her arrival and was a delight to meet. I really enjoyed getting to know her a little as we took a socially distanced stroll around my prairie. She was self sufficient and gave me great tips for traveling as a single person, as I am new to this. I hope she will return with her grandkids sometime. Safe travels Cherbear!
only got to chat on the phone. wish i had been there to be a good host. maybe next time.
Had a very enjoyable time engaging in conversation and helping in a minor repair. Would definitely host again anytime she is in the area.
cherbear stopped for an overnight stay on her way to the Seattle area. She had a long day of driving to get here- 8+ hours! She's a nice person. We didn't have a lot of time to get acquainted, but did share a few stories about travels and RV's. She's welcome back whenever she ends up in Carson Valley again!
I had the best time hanging out ( social distancing) yet felt so close to her .always welcome ! Such a pleasure to host . A sweetie! I am sure that she receive the same comments on who ever is lucky to have her stay with them ! I know we be life long friends .
Cherbear was quiet, great to talk to and a delight to host. She even gave me some boondocking tips!
Thanks for staying and for the good communication. Welcome back anytime.
