We stayed 3 nights with Vintage Girl. She was a very delightful host. She made us feel really at home and helped us out with local information. It was a very peaceful place to rest on our trip. I would definitely stay here again.
We were lucky enough to stay with these fine folks for three days. Host is such a lovely giving person. We
really enjoyed chatting with them. Host is a fearless adventurous traveler! And was even was so sweet to share a wonderful home made Easter dinner with us. Some mentioned the train noise... for us a complete non issue. Peaceful rural setting.
Host was very kind and gave us a good run down on local places to see. As mentioned, there are trains running nearby, but a couple Tylenol PM and I didn't care. Very gracious host.
She was very responsive to our messages. She had to work late so we didn't get to meet her but everything was where and how she said it would be. We are thankful for a stress free night.
Cernice greeted us upon arrival, and had some great recommendations for restaurants in town, just a few minutes away. We also found Schulman's Movie Bowl Grille in Bay City, about 20-30 minutes away. We spent all day Sunday there, enjoying the bowling alley, arcade and movie theater. Check it out if you're in town!
Cernice was super friendly and greeted us with a helpful overview of everything. We chatted for a while and she was great company. She was flexible with our scheduling and went beyond to help us out! Hope to see her again in the future!
Wow! It never ceases to amaze me how many wonderful Boondocker people there are out there! This time it was great shelter from the cold with electricity and another sweet giving person with a lot of knowledge of the area! Would love to go back when it’s warm and hang out by the pool and hot tub!!
Very friendly and accommodating host. She has everything there at her property that you could possibly need. Great stay
Vintage Girl Hideaway was such a serene and relaxing place to be. Our host were amazing and really made sure we had everything we needed. They also help us with the next stage of our journey with some great advice on beach camping in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we had more time to spend with our host.
Thank you both for allowing us to stay and your beautiful home and your kind hearts. Thank you.
Nice place to stay. We didn't get a chance to meet but it was a pleasant stay!
We arrived at noon and spent the day in Freeport, came back for a quiet evening. Nice folks!
We had a nice, quiet visit at Vintage Girl Hideaway. There is a 30A connection and plenty of space to back in, open slides and hook up electric. Nice and level spot for our rig.
We were only here from late afternoon until early the next morning, but it fit the bill for our route home.
Thanks so much for being a host. We appreciate that you offered to share your property with us. We hope we can visit again sometime in the future.
Gracious host, great to visit with. Beautiful
Countryside. Recommend this spot.
