I'm a small business owner Semi retired. Been RV'ing for years; until recently, 4 on my own.. Have a 36 ft Class A now. Enjoy the friendships in the campgrounds, but sometimes they are just too noisy or crowded. Love this idea of Boondocking, have enjoyed offering to others, and looking forward to using myself.
entertaining and hosting

not been to any yet
Virginia Beach Va
Tiffin Open Road, with 2 slides, same side (drivers) with Jeep Wrangler tow
They came for a single night and were great guests. We ended up parking them in Cul de Sac instead of the driveway due to the size of their rig. Hardly knew they were down at the bottom of the driveway. They are welcome anytime.
Enjoyed her visit. She was on time, no frillls, quiet. Dog was friendly. Cat never showed her face. Super nice rig. Have a great trip!
Super easy parking the rv in the back lot & the back lot is nice & secluded. Little less than 20 minutes from VA beach which I loved exploring a bit. Host allowed us to stay an extra night due to poor planning, we would definitely park here again if we’re in the area.
Great little spot in great area. Felt very safe there. Very pleasant & accommodating woman. Just wish I could have met her
Great for a short stay to recharge and rest.
Tucked in between trucks and tall shading trees!
A bit too many firetrucks & sirens for me, I'm just not used to them.
Loved hearing taps being played.❤️
Host had great communication. 15amp worked perfectly. No problem backing in my 27' TT.
Thanks so much!
This is our second time staying at this site. Nice quiet area within walking distance to good restaurants and breweries. The host is super nice!
The host was very courteous. We had some issues while on the road and got in a little later than planned. She was super understanding and the place was in a quiet peaceful setting tucked away off a road towards the back of their business. We will definitely stay again next time we pass through. A+ HOST
This was a great, safe, beautifully shaded lot behind our host's house. She was very gracious, and came to see if we were ok and had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this place, especially if you need access to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, which is about a mile from this boondocker location.
RVOR made me feel very welcome. There is only 110 electricity, but other than that it is a great place for a quiet rest prior to taking off for another day on the road.
Great location in Virginia Beach! Within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and the bay. The spot was quiet and private. Electric hook-up was easily available but we didn’t need it that particular night. Water fill up was easily accessible! We plan on staying there again in the future!
What a wonderfully quiet and convenient location.
Thank you for hosting.
Boondocking space is behind a commercial building and you will need to deal with a bit of traffic to get there. For those of you unfamiliar with the driving style in Virginia Beach, it’s a bit like drag racing. Host was nice and I wish her the best in her travels/new business venture
What a great host! The host was very helpful and we could not have asked for more! Thank you!
