We are retired and living in the middle of my parents' farm on property we now own. We RV part-time. Our RVing schedule is affected by our parents' health and needs. We spend much of our time at home clearing things that accumulated while our house was built and since my father effectively stopped maintaining the farm.
None.
We have a Australin shepherd/coon hound mix and sometimes foster dogs. We travel with our dog and foster some of the time while we are home.
We tailgate at Auburn University football games. My wife has season tickets. We drive down for home games and dry-camp on University property for the weekend.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Davis Farm. This was a perfect and peaceful setting to rest our well worn tires for a few days. This is a great area of Tennessee and we enjoyed visiting Harrison Bay State Park near by. The area we parked our motor home gave us both privacy and beautiful views. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful And the fact that they had electric hookups available ended up being a huge blessing. We HIGHLY recommend anyone considering it to go ahead a stay at the Davis Farm.
As this was only our second BW experience, we were in awe with the accommodations and generosity of our hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed the quietness and beauty of the surrounding area. We greatly appreciated our host’s generosity.
Having a family wedding to attend in the area, our hosts graciously made provisions for us to stay on their farm for an extended time. We were truly blessed with a such a beautiful, peaceful retreat. Our hosts were very kind, friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to meet them and spend a little time conversing on various topics.
Great place, easy access, gracious host. Had a great extended stay and got a little exercise too. Had not spent a lot of time in this part of the country. I will be back. Beautiful!
This was our first experience with Boondockers Welcome, and WOW! Run-Cross-Country sets a high bar! Beautiful family farm with sunflower field in sight of our rig. Great site with power, water, and sewer all available — we only required power. Peaceful locale. Safe and secure. The most gracious hospitality. Treated to a beautiful sunset and watched deer scamper across pastures. A top drawer experience!
Neal and Ginger are very courteous and kind people. Their dog isn't so bad either. ;-) Beautiful surroundings as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you.
The hosts were very kind and friendly. My husband and I wanted a quick get away from the city and the four walls of our house! Beautiful farm and very friendly hosts. Highly recommend. Very special place and we are honored they shared it with us.
Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We wish we had had more time to visit with them. The site was easy to get in and very peaceful and quiet.
We are absolutely blown away by the generosity of our hosts! They allowed us to stay with full 50A, water, and sewer hookups while they were out of town. Invited us to enjoy the magnificent view from their back deck, and even wander the trails through the property. When circumstances forced us to extend an extra day, they enthusiastically agreed.
It’s all for the best, as this gives us the opportunity to meet (at an appropriately safe distance) face to face!
Would heartily recommend this site to anyone passing through!
