Hi. I typically work in an office and travel alot (now WFH for the past month) and so I love to get away from it all with my wife Jill (of 31 yrs) and my dog Oscar. We have been camping forever in various rigs but really like our truck camper for its independence, versatility and easy handling. We are both hands-on "doers" that love to explore and meet new people (now from a safe distance!).
We like to hike, take photographs, walk & play with our dog and curl up with a good book or movie. We're homebodies that consider our camper our home when we are exploring!
Jill and I are both very handy...we've renovated and built houses so are good with carpentry, electrical, some plumbing. Very skilled with computers & modern tech. We also have and appreciate a good sense of humor!
Yes, our 6 mo old Labrador Retriever, Oscar. He is very well behaved and we keep him very close to us (on a leash if required) all the time....he loves to travel with us!
Utah, Colorado (BLM sites)...but still finding new ones!
Wilton, CT -- a rather rural town in Connecticut. It's our sanctuary from the busy real world. We love being there but sometimes just need to explore new places!
We have a Hallmark Popup Camper mounted on a Ford F-350. It is self contained (water, power, shower, cassette toilet) so we really just need a place to park! We are from Wilton CT and love to Boondock!
