Love Road Trips! In 2014, my family completed an epic trip from Toronto through to Michigan (stayed with Snuffy's, thanks!), Illinois (stayed with A&C, thanks!), Iowa (stayed with EV2, thanks!), then finally on to South Dakota and Wyoming. We had our tow vehicle overheat in SD and had to get it fixed. Rather than miss days on our trip, we rented a truck and carried on, having great adventures with the kids!

We were pleased to provide parking for this member again and, this time, meet his three delightful children. They are very self-sufficient and did their own exploring all weekend but we did have a great visit this morning and heard about all their adventures, which included hiking, swimming at two different locations, and ice cream. (It was a hot weekend.) They asked to run their generator which was fine with us and were parked under a tree but too bad we cannot offer electric. I'm sure they would have liked to use the A/C. Did I mention it was a hot weekend? The kids are so well-behaved; no host should ever hesitate to welcome them. They are welcome to come back whenever they like, whether we're around or not.
Joe and his 3 children arrived on Friday evening a couple of weeks ago and were set-up in our driveway in no time at all. All of the kids chipped in with set-up. After getting settled they joined us around a campfire in our garden where we were able to give them several pointers about our beautiful area. We quite enjoyed their visit; quiet, respectful and the children especially polite. They'd be welcome back anytime.
My wife and I hosted Brian for four nights, sorry I was ill during their visit but they seemed to enjoy their stay spending an extra night. They were quiet and left no footprint of their stay and we would look forward to hosting them again.
Brian stayed with us from May 16 - 18, 2015. What a great person he is. He was solo this time and to show his appreciation, he presented us with a very nice gift. He was so quiet, the only way I knew if he was in his trailer was after dark, when the lights were on inside.
Nice young family. The twin girls enjoyed discovering and making friends with the critters that live around the pond. We enjoyed watching the excitement of each new discovery they made.
The Brians visited us this last weekend. We were happy to have such a nice family for our first hosting experience! They were so quiet, we barely even realized they were there. Would welcome them back anytime. Michelle and Lee
We were honored to host this member on the maiden voyage of his new RV. Had a most pleasant visit and were very intrigued by what he does for a living. He also introduced us to a special Italian blend of coffee (illy). Let's just say, it's so amazing that I'm totally hooked! (Which could be a problem for frugal people like us who generally buy whatever brand is on sale!) You're welcome back any time, photo7joe, and bring your kids next time - they're the perfect age to enjoy tubing through The Elora Gorge.
