I am a law enforcement consultant specializing in police resource allocation studies. My wife works at our local hospital as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist and occasionally joins me for travel. We have three grown children and live in the Ozark Mountains of north central Arkansas.
We enjoy most things outdoors. When our kids were younger, we were into ATVs and hiking. As they started to leave for college, we moved to off-road jeeping and motorcycles. Now we have added boating on Lake Norfork, searching for waterfalls, national parks, and working around our new property.
My hobbies include woodworking, tinkering with small engines, and general home repair while my wife enjoys trying new Instant Pot recipes, baking, and spending time together.
We currently have three dogs; a 15 year old Miniature Pinscher, a 13 year old Doberman Pinscher, and a three year old German Shepherd/ Chow mix. Only the youngest travels with us at times. The older two prefer to stay home and sleep!
Just about anywhere but the desert. We tend to prefer thick forested areas and mountains.

Very nice guests. Wish we would have had more time to get to know them. They are welcome to return again!
Very nice folks. Had a nice time chatting. Will definitely look them up next time we are in Arkansas and maybe return the stay.
Our surrogate host Andrew (who lives on our property) thought TnT family was great. Sorry we missed them
TnT are perfect hosts... No kidding... I didn't hook-up to electric or water, just parked in an open space and enjoyed crisp, quiet nights and brilliant Ozark mountain days. I never felt like an intrusion but part of a family that delighted in sharing a little foretaste of heaven with a weary soul. These are great people and the love of God is in them.
Amazing people,
Tnt were so welcoming.
They gave us a lot of help in everything they could, from leveling the rv, sating up the connections, treats for the kids and up to helping us to continue to plain our whole road trip.
Tnt , it was a big pleasure to be hosted by you and we aprecheat all the help and the experiences that we have with you.
We hope to meet you on the road.

This was our first time Boondocking and the Hosts, TNT, went above and beyond to make the experience awesome for our family. First time RV campers, with our “new to us” travel trailer, I talked with our host prior to our arrival so I would know what to expect, and upon arrival they were waiting on us with assistance getting parked and set up. The host has a wealth of experience RVing, and readily shared lots of tips and tricks that I’ll be able to put to use on every trip. If that welcome wasn’t warm enough, a gift of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies pushed the “Welcome to TNT Norfork Acres” feeling to the top. We had a nice firm place to park and plenty of room to park my tow vehicle and my daughters car when she drove up to visit. I much appreciated the safety of the secluded property off the main highway where my grandson and our miniature schnauzer “Jasper” could romp and play without worry. After a long day on they lake, we came home to a nice fire Going in the fire ring, ready for a quick weenier roast for supper. At the end of our stay, the host again helped me with getting everything safely buttoned up and Set to travel and coached me on how I would perform my first “dump the tanks” experience at a corps of engineers dump site just a few miles away. I cannot stress enough how friendly and welcoming these hosts are, and I feel We came as guests and left as friends. I will definitely be keeping in touch and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Our stay at TNT Norfolk Acres was excellent. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay accommodating and enjoyable. We loved that we were TNT’s first Boondocker’s staying at their place. They were so enthusiastic about having us be there and to start experiencing the boondocking atmosphere. Both host were extremely friendly and even welcomed us with a little bag of goodies. Less than a mile from our host was a nice launch site where we were able to put our canoe in for a morning of paddling on Norfolk Lake. It’s a beautiful area to explore if you so desire. If not, TNT is also just a great place to relax. We would stop here again for sure, if in the area, and plan on keeping in touch with the host as they were such great people. Thanks again TNT for all your hospitality and friendly conversation.
