Hi guys =)
we are 4 people who started their journey through the west coast at 31th of January. We are one couple of young age (23 and 29) and their mothers (both around 55 years of age). We made a long way across the atlantic ocean to visit your beautiful country for exploring and experiencing the nature as well as the cities. My girlfriend and me are students at universities in our home country (Austria). This is actually our first Journey with our mums which we are really enjoying so far.
Alla (mum of Nicole) is great at cooking and baking.
I am quiet talented with repairing things.
Nicole has experience with taking care of children since she made aupair 2 months in Australia back in 2016.
We are also fine with handling animals.
The hometown where we are living currently is Vienna (Austria) Nicole, my girlfriend and her mum (her name is Alla) are originally from Hamburg (Germany) My mum (her name is Alice) is also from Vienna.
we rent a large RV from cruise America, which has a size of 30 feet.
What a great Trio. Husband, wife and the wife's mother. What a joy they were to have here. From another country, I believe Austria and Germany. The mom is a cab driver! She did much of the driving the 30' Class C. Very impressive. Would definitely have them return for a visit anytime.
I left another reference which can be referred to, but I just want everybody to know that it was truly a pleasure having these three folks stay at our place. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visits with them!
Very nice people, glad I had the chance to meet them. They only got to stay one night due to the busy schedule. Maybe one day they can return when they have more time and the waterfalls are at their peak.
The Walzepps didn't really know what to expect when they arrived at out home in Carson Valley. They said they didn't think there was so much to do around here. Turned out they loved our area! Mom Alla thrilled at purchasing Western cowgirl boots and looks great in them. They loved Emerald Bay at Tahoe. Toured Carson Valley with us and by themselves. Went on the guided tour at Bentley Heritage in Minden. Visited Virginia City. They are so much fun to get to know. They were a pleasure to have around for a few days. Easy going and just plain fun. Consider yourself lucky if you get a chance to meet / host them! This is what Boonedockers Welcome is all about!
For my first Guest Boondocker they were awesome! SO friendly! I was a bit nervous at first, being my first time, but when I greeted them they were so nice! I wish I could have spent a little more time saying hi, but it was late. They were very communicative to me. Enjoy your stay here in the states!
