Recently retired, we've discovered the joys of both RV'ing and playing pickleball. So, we've hit the road not only to find beauty and a bit of adventure or to pop in on the friends/family we treasure, but to play some pickleball and make new friends along the way.
We're new to RV'ing. Our skills/expertise run along the lines of business strategy/negotiations, though Paul is also mechanically inclined and handy with construction projects.
We have 1 15 yr ragdoll cat named Magellan who, despite his name, is NOT an explorer. In fact, he does not leave the trailer...well, except when we carry him to and from our house to the truck, to the trailer. Truth be told, we bought our trailer so he could travel with us, because we don't have a full-time cat sitter who would indulge his chronic need for a lap and head scratching.

Hope that we helped to make your first time as boondockers a memorable one. Unfortunately for you, the weather turned nasty (yes, here in the Phoenix area!!) and your event was cancelled. But I think you made the best of it and still enjoyed yourselves. Hope you will keep us in mind if pickleball or another activity brings you this way again.
