I have lived in Alaska since 1968. I married and brought my wife to Alaska in 1975. We lived in remote Northwest Arctic Eskimo villages and raised out two children there. My wife in a retired teacher and I am a semi retired minister. We still enjoy the outdoors of Alaska and RV life in Alaska and the lower 48 states.
We have a lot of extreme and remote life experience and stories from the wilderness of Alaska. Evelyn and I have camped for a week along the world famous Iditarod Dog Race trail on the Norton Sound.
We have a 9 year old YorkiePoo named Lilly. We have a six foot high chain link fence around our back yard to keep wandering moose away from Lilly. Lilly loves RV travel.
Wilderness pullouts especially by water is our favorite.
We live in Wasilla Alaska which has beautiful and rugged mountains and rivers surrounding it. We live a few miles off the "Parks Highway" which leads north to Denali National Park and Preserve.
