We are a big family with a small property in a quiet New England village. We purchased our first RV this year (2019) and have fallen in love with the RV life. In our own travels, we've seen the need for RV "crash pads" en route to destinations. Come stay the night on your way to the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire.
The parking area is back-in only. It's a narrow driveway off of a village side street that's on a hill, so moderate back-in skills are required. But don't worry, we'll help you out.
The driveway, once you're in, is level. Minimal adjustment should be needed.
Because of the hill on the road and the uneven terrain of the property, large rigs with little ground clearance could risk bottoming out. Class A, Super C, and large 5th wheels will not be able to get in. Travel Trailers under 30' should be fine. Our Travel Trailer is 29' and the tail end comes close to the ground when backing in because of where our sewer connection is. Small to medium Class C as well as Class B are perfect for this site.
Toads and tow rigs can park in the same driveway as your rig.
No smoking please. The driveway is not far from our house. Vaping is fine.
Generator use is limited to Noon to 3pm because we are in a village district, close to other homes.
Kids are the responsibility of their parents, we don’t want anyone to get hurt!
As much as we love animals, we ask NO LARGE DOGS. If you know that your dog barks when you leave it alone in your rig and go off for the day, please don’t leave it alone in your rig. Local laws require that your dog be on a leash when outside of your rig.
26' Travel Trailer (29' hitch to bumper) No slide outs. We tow with a Ford Transit 350 Wagon (15 passenger van) which is just under 20' long. All hitched up, we're just under 50' in length
We were glad we could accommodate this family as they traveled to nearby regions during the Virus Pandemic. This family arrived at a reasonable time of day, was very respectful and super quiet. In fact we and our other house guests were louder during their stay than they were!!! They’re welcome to stay again if they’re in our area.
Had great conversation and was looking forward to meeting you all. My service dog Ash was looking forward to meeting the kiddos, and can’t wait to next time. God Speed & Wooofers 🐾
