My wife and I have lived on this 10 acre property for over 30years now. This was an old fruit farm in years gone by; lots of wildlife viewing (turkeys, deer, coyotes, birds).
I have a smattering of tools etc. and can help with some RV repairs if necessary. And, if you love Pickleball, Debbie is a first class instructor!!!
No pets currently but have spent a lifetime with Labradors so we are dog lovers!
We travel to the west coast most summers.....our daughter is in Beaverton, OR so visits are “mandatory”.
Winter months are spent in Central Florida.
The RV life is what we love!!
St. Joseph, MI would be the closest "home town". Its a beautiful little town on the shores of Lake Michigan. Quaint shops, a very well known beach area, loads of fine dining......
25 foot Travel Trailer - 2013 KZ Spree. One slide out. We tow with a Chev Silverado 2wd.
We loved our overnight stay with this couple and really appreciated their willingness to open their home to us and provide us everything we needed! They have 30AMP power that’s easy to get to along with their water. They were very lovely to chat with and had a huge lot and will kept grass / yard. We enjoyed the privacy we had and would definitely come back in the future if they’ll have us! It was only 12 mins from Silver Beach and the St. Joseph area - so convenient. Also just a quick 2 min drive away is Hagar park which is great for kids and has stairs access to a small beach area too. Again amazing over all - thank you!!
We stayed for two nights. Wonderful hosts. Nice beach near by that allowed dogs. Spent two afternoons there. Last night had a campfire and shared RV adventures, advice and stories
What a great experience from the marshmallows and creamed bourbon to the conversations.
Awesome time. Thank you so much. Hope to come back again.
The spot is easy to get into and shaded for most of the day. Communication with the host was simple. Had some good duck hunting/ retriever talks around the campfire in the late afternoon. The nights were perfect with some wildlife sounds and a gentle breeze. The area is really beautiful we rode our motorcycle all through the neighboring towns. Both have some really nice homes some over 100yrs old and of course views of Lake Michigan. Will request a stay again if in the area. IanDav you will get accustom to retirement!!!

Wonderful people who welcomed us overnight, and shared a glass of wine with my husband. Nice quiet spot. Thank you for your hospitality!
We spent one night on our annual trip to Michigan. Very pretty property, and the hosts were friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay at The Farm. Nice to be able to hook up to electric and water. Nice level site. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Perfect stopover on our way up north.
What a wonderful overnight at The Farm. A pastural setting. We had a great walk to Lake Michigan, acamfire with my hosts and a great thunderstoy to sleep by. Thank you so much
The Farm was charming and easy to find. We appreciated the concrete parking spot and access to electricity and water. Our little dog loved exploring the large yard and walking on the long, shaded driveway. We hope to visit again and maybe play some Pickleball!
We spent two peaceful nights at the Farm, a gorgeous property very close to St Joseph's. Host was very gracious, friendly and recommended visiting St Joseph's. We enjoyed Silver Beach, Tiscornia Park, downtown St Joseph's, Hagar Park and the North Berrien Historical museum. Enjoyed sharing stories around a campfire. Hope we meet again someday. Thanks so much!
Ian & Debbie have a great site for boondocking - easy to find, nice driveway, concrete pad, private, shaded, with 30 amp & water. Its very peaceful & pretty, and close to St. Joe & Southaven. We were unable to spend much time with them but found them to be very warm, friendly, & informative. Hopefully our paths will cross again one day!

We have been on the road for a while and like some we loose track of days. Ian was very flexible with us and very accommodating when we arrived. We explored the local area and headed into Indiana to notre dame. We spent the evening getting to know each other. It was a great experience. Please come to Australia or we will meet you in Bali!
Spent one night at this little piece of heaven. Very accommodating to us and our 29' Sunseeker. Provided us with electric hookup and water. Highly recommend these hosts.
We stayed with IanDav for a couple of nights recently and just wanted to say that they are VERY gracious hosts. We did not have the opportunity to spend much time with our hosts, but all our interactions were pleasant and informative. This is only our second Boondocking experience and think this organization is a wonderful resource...especially because we get to meet people like IanDav.
Ian and Debbie are very friendly and helpful hosts. Staying at their place was a great way to begin our 6 week camping trip.
Ian and Debbie have a wonderful family property where we found respite from the road, quiet, beautiful, and gracious. We felt as though we had already arrived home!
Thanks Ian and Debbie, we enjoyed your company and hospitality. The location is great, less than a half mile to a public park on lake MI.
