Yellowstoneunplugged was an amazing host. Because our rig was particularly small he actually allowed us to park in his driveway and offered up hookups if we wanted. We chatted for quite a bit about various things. He told us about the different animals that frequent his property. We saw a fox and a coyote (we believe it was). It's not very far from west yellowstone entrance so it was very convenient for us. Would definitely stay again and recommend others to park at their spot.
You couldn't ask for a more friendly welcome than YellowstoneUnplugged! We had a great time in their wooded pull-through and definitely hope to visit again.
Host were very friendly and accommodating. A very pretty, quiet, private, wooded property that was a perfect site for seeing yellow stone. We were happy to used provided 20 amp extension cord to keep the batteries up. Recommend renting a car at nearby West Yellowstone airport for seeing the park. Highly recommended this host. Great experience.
Brad and Kathy were gracious hosts and the spot was peaceful and serene. If we make it back this way in the future we’d definitely stay with them again!
We had the pleasure of staying one night at YellowstoneUnplugged. The site is in a rural lake subdivision and is absolutely beautiful. The parking place was plenty big for our 35' 5th wheel and there was no trouble getting in. Unfortunately, we were having trouble with our rig due to some really bad batteries which made true boondocking very difficult. The host met us upon arrival and was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation. He allowed us to fudge on a few site rules and really made us feel like old friends. My wife took our dog out for a walk about 6:00 am the next morning and was greeted by a herd of at least 30 bison and over a dozen new calves. Her encounter is sure to be one of the highlights of our trip. We left after the first night to get our rig repaired and then continued on our way. If we are every back in the West Yellowstone area again, we hope to be able to stay again, but next time as better guests. Very grateful to YellowstoneUnplugged for providing such a beautiful location and for being such gracious hosts.
Very kind couple and glad to meet you even if for just a bit. They were very kind not only to my family but specifically with my kiddo. Thanks so much. Come see us in GA sometime
This was a perfect stop for us for Yellowstone. Our hosts were very gracious. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and they had a perfect and level spot in between pine trees. We would definitely recommend this spot!
We had a nice spot nestled in the trees with room on both sides for our slides. It was quiet and level which we always appreciate. They said buffalo roam in the area but we did not see any. Easy to pull in and out of the space.
A really beautiful setting and a perfect spot for my RV. Got to visit a while with my host and he was great. Wonderful photographer and was even gracious enough to give me one of his photos of a bison. Quite night but woke up to an exciting morning with bison all around my RV. Got lost of pics and videos! Experiencing the bison in the morning was the highlight of my entire trip including going to Yellowstone. Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to see you again either at your place or hosting you all at mine.
About 13 minutes away from town out in the woods. Safe, quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed my time there especially holding a Doodle pup. Definitely will return.
