Couple of Sailors Adrift in the Americas

This sailer and his lady floated thru our vineyard in their Class C and landed on our porch. We drank a few bottles of Teroldego while they brought me up to date on the state of affairs throughout Europe. Seems merry old England is having a bit of a stomach ache over this Brexit thing and as usual the politicians have mucked everything up for their constituents. Worst of all is nobody knows what will happen so you can’t figure out what to do with whatever you have left. I told them to send it to us and we’d be glad to spend it for them.
These people have spent quite a bit of time living on boats and they have some wonderful stories to share. In order to help them feel like they were onboard and put their sea legs back under them we piled them with wine and liquor. The gentleman is from England and the lady is from Germany. The women folks had a wonderful time talking about gardens and recipes. We men remade the world in an orderly fashion more suitable to our ages and common sense. It was a great visit with great people and perhaps will see one another again!

Family travelers.

Very nice people traveling through the states. I was gone when they departed. We had good discussions and if they come back one day we can continue. Glad to have met them and hope they enjoyed the stay.
Best of luck.
