We had the opportunity to stay as Boondockers Welcome guest with Lcsanta back in January. We were delighted when we got a chance to return the favor and host them as they were passing through on their way to North Carolina. A delightful couple that is welcome to stay here again any time. Stop back by on your way back from North Carolina. Our welcome mat will always be there for you.
I enjoyed what little time I had to visit with them. I would recommend Jack and his wife for any stay. Very quite and respectfully didn't even k ow they were there.
Most delightful guests. Second visit with me and very appreciative of site. Called ahead and let me know when to expect them, then we’re right on time. We had a lot of Roadtrek RV common interest. Much to talk about. Would welcome back any time.
It was a pleasure to host this nice couple. They are welcome back here any time I have am opening. I hope to visit them as their guest at their location in the future.
We hosted Jack and his wife for one night. They were very friendly and courteous, and easy to host.
They own the exact same model of Roadtrek as we do, so we enjoyed swapping information about our improvements and adventures with our vehicles.
We would gladly host them again, and would recommend others host them without hesitation.
We had a short visit. Pleasant folks, would definitely welcome them back again.
The live oaks, the animals and the hosts make visiting the farm a delightful experience. This is one of my favorite Boondocking locations and will definitely return. Next time I hope I will be there for one of their special events. They sound like so much fun. I wish I could attend their adult Easter egg hunt on April 4th. Why should kids have all the fun? Put the Farm on your list of places to visit.
Such a beautiful place to stay and what a cool property, we only stayed one night but if we are in the area again we will be back!
Beautiful open spot on a farm next two horses and donkeys. Thank you for your hospitality!
Gracious hosts took the time to get us settled in at their big farm. The spot was shady and quiet. They even gave us a tour of their farm! Would definitely recommend!!
Best location yet. Gracious hosts and a wonderful setting. Would definitely rate it as 5 stars plus. Look us up if you get to Arizona LCSanta. Oh, Kathy wants a new knee for Christmas and she promises to be good!
We stayed two nights at the Farm and had a great time visiting the horses, donkeys, goats, the miniature bull, rabbits, chickens and such. The hosts are such nice people and we were amazed at how much they have done for their community. We had a great experience and highly recommend this location.
I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated my two day stopover. The hosts were friendly and gracious. I work remotely while I'm on the road. It was such a pleasure to work peacefully from a beautiful setting. They also allowed me to explore the property and pet the animals when it was time to put my computer away. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
Host was there to help us set up for our stay. Very clean, beautiful farm with horses and lots of other animals you would expect on a farm. There is a tree for shade where you park. Hosts graciously took us on a tour. We definitely recommend them.
We enjoyed our stay at the Farm. Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We parked by a pole barn between a palm and an oak tree. It is a very nice property and we enjoyed watching their horses and goat. We highly recommend this relaxing location. We would stay here again.
Jack is a wonderful host, his Farm in Central Florida is a great, quiet spot to spend the night. Very easy to get into a we had the horses for company. Ann and I loved our stay at the Farm.
Our favorite BW place so far! Very quiet. Loved being on their 30 acre farm. Best nights sleep since getting on the road 3 months ago.
Oh, so very quiet! And very dark! We both had the best nights sleep in a long time here. Loved waking up to the horses in the pasture and the sounds of beautiful birds. Very gracious and hospitable hosts.
It is a very quiet farm. Jack is a nice person and we enjoyed talking to him. We highly recommend lcsanta as a good host.
We really enjoyed staying at the farm. Beautiful and peaceful environment with oak trees and different farm animals. We felt welcome and it was great speaking with the hosts. We got a private tour of the farm and the Christmas trees plantation. So wonderful !! We highly recommend this place.
Icsanta’s place is a great tree farm with lots of room to wander freely and lots of animals to visit. He met us in the yard when we pulled in and gave us our parking options and even helped with the backing in. The second day we ran into him and his wife for some good conversation. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Many thanks to these wonderful hosts for their hospitality. I enjoyed my overnight on this gorgeous property in the rolling Florida hills. I’m glad I accepted their offer to walk around and enjoy some real Florida.
This was a great spot to park and sleep for two nights. The property is very beautiful and quiet and Jack was very nice! Thank you so much!
Quiet, nature, waking up to horses. Get there during daylight if possible so you can see the beautiful surroundings as you enter
What a beautiful place. What a treat to wake up to horses grazing right outside my window!
Jack & Judy were great hosts, the property was well shaded with big oak trees with Spanish moss hanging all over. Also Jack supplied 30 Amp service and you'll have horses right beside your camping location for a great pass time watching.
Thanks again for the invite...
Terry & Vicki
This was an amazing location! I had no idea what a surprise I was in for with all the animals for me to visit!
Jack was kind enough to give me a private tour of his lovely property! Very woodsy, mature shade trees.
So much room for even the largest of rigs! Dunkin and I had a wonderful time here and I would definitely stay again!
We had a nice quiet stay on the farm.
We hope to come back if in the area some time.
The farm was a pleasure to stay at , the hosts are very helpful and accommodating , nice to have got to chat with Jack who is still busy with the farm .Nice to be around the horses and chickens , etc .
Hope to meet up again sometime .
Cheers Rei and Jackie
This was a lovely, peaceful location for a stay. We were directed into a shady level spot under a live oak, with a few horses practically looking in our back window over the fence. Really nice experience.
Jack and Judy were so hospitable and we greatly enjoyed their place. Having horses and animals around felt like home.
We really appreciate being hosted at the farm and would definitely recommend to anyone passing through this area. Not far away ,we found some beautiful springs. Rock Springs (at Kelly Park)was our favorite but Wakiwa springs and Blue springs were both very nice and we recommend visiting them also
Enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for your hospitality. Enjoyed the many animals to see.
Very kind people with a very beautiful property. It was a perfect boondocking for us! Thank you again :)
Beautiful spot surrounded with live Oaks trees and horses in your backyard. Close to many state parks to explore and a hour from Orlando. Great hospitable hosts. Until we meet again. Thank you for everything

We had a Great stay at this lovely and friendly hosts! Their place is so peaceful and quiet and hope for sure to come back when we visit USA a next year.
This kind op people and places is what we loved so much as Boondockers. Thanks again! Johan and Loes
"I" came to my assistance when I needed it. Very accommodating and helpful. Great spot to relax and enjoy the country. Hope to get back again. Thanks
Very nice shaded parking spot. We enjoyed the horses, just behind our motorhome. Thank you for such a peaceful place.
News flash, folks! Santa Claus and his wife lives in Florida, and we got to stay at their place last night. We were warmly greeted when we arrived, and our host quickly helped us get set up. We camped under a canopy of Live Oak trees laden with Spanish Moss. It was an enchanting stay and we were made to feel so much at home. Please come to Georgia to visit us. We would love to continue our conversations from where we left off.
Beautiful location with friendly hosts. We had a great stay with Jack and Judy on their farm. It was so beautiful to wake up with the horses in the morning. It was wonderful to have a guided tour of Santas farm. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. You are welcome to come to Northbay anytime.
We met our hosts but we had a medical emergency and were unable to stay overnight.
Beautiful homestead and really nice people.
Wonderful people, beautiful peaceful farm with great location for guest RV. Friendly welcome Hosts; wish I had more time. Fully recommend!
We loved staying at the Farm. Kids loved waking up each morning and seeing the horses. Jack fixed my refrigerator door hinge and had someone diagnose why our jacks would not come back up!!! He has a great setup here for kids when its Christmas season which we hope to see when we come back in December and see it all in action. We cant wait!
What a beautiful, interesting farm with great hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed strolling around the farm, learning about what a gathering place it is, and talking with our hosts, who were simply wonderful! We'd love to come back sometime in the future!
Great stay, friendly owners, close hookup. Couldn’t ask for anything better!
Nice quiet spot. We were invited in for a glass of wine and chatted for over two hours! We'd definitely return again.
We loved it here and you will too. Larry greeted us upon arrival with a warm welcome. His property is beautiful and we felt at home. Larry gave us a tour of the farm which was very cool.
We also had amazing neighbors, a young RV'ing family, who we become friends with over dinner and fun evening of conversation.
This was our 3rd boondocking experience and we were met with the same warm hospitality as our other hosts. Jack and Judy provided us with a very nice spot looking over at big live oak trees, flowers and a pond. They have really worked hard to make their home and property a very special place. We had such a nice time talking about life experiences and once again did not want our visit to come to an end. We are looking forward to coming back. Thanks so much for hosting us.
We had a lovely visit at Santa's farm. Host Jack was very friendly accommodating. We enjoyed walking around the farm to see the christmas trees growing and all the animals. There are also beautiful mature trees dressed with spanish moss, azaleas in bloom and palmettos. Classic Florida! Great time of year to be here. Thanks again for your hospitality!
Jack & Janet are very nice people and exactly the type of folks you'd hope to run into when RVing! They provided us with a gorgeous peaceful place with a level spot and even graciously provided water and electric. Would definitely want to come back and spend more time there if our travels permit.
Nice farm, who knew Xmas trees in Florida. After settling in to a comfortable spot next to the pole barn we were given a tour of the farm. It was quite extensive the experience they provide for children during holidays. We found and ate a duck egg along with a chicken egg that was offered. Really cool place, recommend a stay here. The folks are really nice.
Out hosts at "Santa's" were very pleasant and welcoming. We admired the way they showed excellent stewardship over their property.
Their place was beautiful, peaceful, and was an easy place to set up.
Thank you, "Santa"!
Beautiful location amongst Santa's Tree Farm. Host gave us a lovely tour of the Farm. Hosts we both not feeling well so we were unable to spend time with them. Our spot was beautiful looking at a pond. Hopefully to return again when everyone is feeling better. Thank you for a great stay.
What a wonderful visit, I am from Vermont and being parked next to the barn and among the out buildings made me feel right at home. Plenty of places to walk and bicycle. Judy and Jack were welcoming and pleasant hosts, thanks!
Our first stay with a Boondockers Welcome host was also the first night of an eight-month RV trip that began on April 1, 2017. Our host, Icsanta, made it a great experience. His property is beautiful, plenty of room for our 34' motorhome. He is a very gracious host and so helpful to newbies like us. Much appreciated! Thank you.
Loved our overnight at this Christmas tree farm. Peaceful and serene and enjoyed the horses all around. Really enjoyed our conversation with him in the morning. We are fellow Roadtrekkers! This was my first time using Boondockers Welcome.
We spent one night on his property. More than enough room and a beautiful landscape! Host was very kind. The location was a nice paved road with plenty of room for turning a larger rig.
Jack is wonderful and extremely helpful. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We LOVED our stay here. We have several friends in the Florida area and we are telling all of them to get their pumpkins and Christmas Trees from Jack. Awesome Place! Thanks Jack for a nice, safe and beautiful place to stay!
This was just the spot I needed for a couple of quiet days. Jack welcomed me and helped me back my trailer right next to their small pavilion so that I wouldn't get wet or muddy during the next day's expected rain. (I always welcome additional encouragement and practice with the backing.) I so enjoyed walking and biking around their property and this beautiful rural area. I thoroughly enjoyed the turkeys, chickens and other farm animals as well as dozens of sandhill cranes I spotted. Thanks so much Jack.
What a great place to stay - a Christmas tree farm complete with horses, chickens and a few other entertaining animals. Jack and Judy are interesting and friendly hosts, and it was delightful to visit with them. We'd love to stay here again.
These are really good people! The property is a large Christmas Tree Farm with farm animals and pavilions for activities during the holiday season. I was so comfortable that I wanted to stay forever. And I'm afraid they thought I might . . . !
Camping in the middle of a Christmas tree farm was wonderful. Quiet, level, with a covered shelter nearby. Jack Ewing, a fellow Roadtrekker, was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed two nights in our Roadtrek 190P and enjoyed the local area.
