My wife and I traveled full-time for almost four years in our RV from 2014 through 2017. Circling the USA three times visiting friends & family as well as many sightseeing adventures. In 2018 we stopped full-timing and are now snowbirds. Each wither we migrate from Massachusetts to the warmer states. Usually stopping in Florida for the month of January and then slowly heading back Home as the weather warms up. We have a 39 foot fifth wheel RV towed by a GMC Sierra 3500HD and a second vehicle driven (not towed) which is a Honda Accord. We are fully self-contained and may run a small (quiet) Honda generator for a couple hours in the evening and in the morning.
I have learned a few about RV's after full time travel for almost four years. Currently settled in Massachusetts and working as a Handyman in my own business. Before that I worked in my Mechanical Engineering career, first around Boston and then in Silicon Valley.
No, no pets.
In the Western mountains.
The 5th wheel RV is a white 39 foot Bighorn with (4) slide outs and is towed by a white GMC Sierra 3500HD, Dually. Also, we will typically have a second vehicle, which is a Honda Accord and is driven (not towed) separability.
