We are a fulltime rv couple traveling around. We love quiet and outdoors and lots of sightseeing. Always looking for something new to see. Now a home owner and want to meet some other rvers.
I love and collect antique linens Bill is a wood turner. He makes bottle stoppers and pens.
Yes we have a chihuahua 10 years old. Her name is baby and that she is. She is not typically a barker she talks instead.
Everywhere we go has something special to love. But we have not boondocked much but really want to get out and enjoy more.
I’m from Lancaster County Pa but been fulltime 16 years met my husband 4 years ago and the rest is history. Bill is from Florida.
2011 Georgetown 31’ long in great shape.
Teresamoon were a quiet and respectful couple.
We had a few good conversations about RVing and places to go and see, to even some stuff about cooking!
We would welcome them back anytime.
Kind, pleasant, fun people. Had a good time with them. Good luck on your travels and stay safe!
Lovely people, good company, traveling the good old USA. Always nice to host people who enjoy our country and have traveled the land. O e of them for 16 years. That's a lot of stories folks
Their welcome anytime they pass by.
We enjoyed meeting and getting acquainted with this full-time RV couple. We swapped stories, recipes and adventures and the time just flew. We wish them Godspeed and safe travels as they follow their dreams and look forward to return visits.
We had a very warm welcome with our hosts. After getting settled we had lot tons of laugh and stories shared with each other. We look forward to returning.
Had a great time! They are very kind, hospitable and friendly people. The ground was fairly level, parking was easy, and the hookups were much appreciated. The water even comes from the local springs and are high quality.
Despite being in a woodsy area, I had great cell reception so I could continue doing my remote work.
This was my first Boondockers Welcome experience and it was absolutely wonderful.
Incredible hosts who are the most welcoming and sweetest couple. They are gracious, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. We just loved our stay and will return anytime we are in the area.
Wonderful hospitality! Very gracious and friendly host who shared great RV tips and lots of info about the area.
We will definitely come back!
Great conversation, wonderful gift of zuchini bread and a great quiet space. Enjoyed my stay ! Thank you!
In addition, we also asked to stay another night because originally we were only staying one night and they were quick to respond and let us stay, which we are thankful for.
We stayed two nights at this location. The host was so kind and helpful, and greeted us when we got there. Perfect place if you want to get away from all the city noise too.
Wow I don’t even know where to start!! What an amazing couple so went out of their way to make sure the boy & I were safe after getting stranded on side of road ran me to the garage where my suv was .. made me feel like one of their family!! And what great conversations !!! So will stay again .. plus Falkor & baby were a hit .. think he misses her already!! Safe travels to you guys !! Thank you so much from our hearts ..: )
This was my first experience staying at boonedockers welcome location and have to admit I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The host are such nice people, open and welcoming. I really lucked out. It was nice to get a chance to hear their story of developing their property and sharing stories about their life and passions. I will definitely be stay with ‘just a little bit of country ‘ again.
Thank you so much for hosting me.
We gave these hosts very short notice and were not able to arrive until after dark, but they happily greeted us with flashlights to guide us — and presented us with a delicious homemade zucchini bread! Lovely, warm people — wish we had more time to chat. We enjoyed a quiet, restful evening. Highly recommend!
Level camping spot, spring feed well water, excellent time talking about common hobbies and amazing chocolate zucchini bread! Their little dog even talks!
Little Bit Of Country was a lovely place to stay for 3 nights. During my days it was very central to exploring all the springs and rivers. Such beautiful kayaking! Then to come back for the nights with lucious smell of orange blossoms and delightful conversations with hosts and another BoonDocker on the front porch with the neighborhood hawk watching us nearby. I don't hesitate to heartily recommend A Little Bit of Country. Thanks guys!
Welcoming and friendly hosts. Relaxing stay. Would stay again. Recommend these hosts!
We like that the area has many trees and the site is very quite with plenty of room for privacy. Had great conversations with the hosts and learn new things about the lifestyle. Got tips on caring for our rig. The hosts were hospitable and we will absolutely stay here again if we pass through.
What gracious people! They even invited us to their porch for warm peach cake! We had great conversation.
We travel with dogs and they were very accommodating!
If you're coming through this area, stay with them!!! You'll feel like family!
These two could not have been more accommodating! They gave us wonderful zucchini bread, local attraction information, and because both of them have been full-time RVers, had great information to share. Thank you! And happy trails.
This host is the very definition of hospitable. Congenial and even generously gifting us with homemade banana bread. The site was as described, easy to use, and with all the amenities you could expect. We appreciate our stay.
We stayed here in January of 2021. Make sure you read the directions since this place is a little hard to find, but once we did we had a great time. The site was very nice and level with 15A power available. The hosts were very gracious and invited us for happy hour and we got to hear about their travels. They were very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again. Close to state parks and other hiking areas.
Had a good stay at Little bit of Country. They have done an amazing job reclaiming their piece of property and were generous to share it with us. Teresa gave us Zucchini bread and a piece of Bill’s birthday cake she had at his surprise party while we were there. We enjoyed a wonderful float on the Silver River in our kayaks on Friday.
They have done a great job creating a nice area for campers. Visiting with them on their front porch during a rainstorm was a relaxing way to spend the evening. Can't wait to come again.
Friendly greeting upon arrival and then went above and beyond to offer a wine tasting on their charming Southern porch complete with rocking chairs. We felt right at home and very welcomed. Nice level spot in a park-like setting. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with this couple. They freely shared travel knowledge and life skills. We look forward to coming back.
These are 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet. Between our hosts there is so much RV and mechanic/electrical knowledge and experience that if you have any questions, you need to ask. The electric was so nice to have and they have crystal clear, great tasting water which we hooked up to. We even received a delicious, homemade zucchini bread from Teresamoon. We highly recommend and will return when back in the area.
We had a wonderful stay with The Just A Little Bit of Country. Quiet area, great help from the hosts, delicious water, and felt cared for. Thank you, you wonderful people!
We loved our stay with TeresaMoon and her hubby! They made it very easy and have done a ton of.work on their land to make it look nice. Best of all it was my wife's birthday and just so happened that we ended up with cake!! Can't say enough. This spot is a good location for several State and 1 National Park.... also an easy trip to Santos if you MTB or Mt Dora for a trip down memory lane.
We really enjoyed our stay with these very gracious hosts. Lots of flat parking and has the feeling of being in the country. We would love to come back.
Stayed at Just A Little Bit Of Country for 2 days while discovering beautiful Florida. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed visiting with them, talking about our travels and learning about new places to explore. Highly recommend contacting this lovely couple if you happen to be in the area. They even sent us off with home made banana bread and oranges❤️.
Great time with my generous hosts and Baby. They guided me to the site, provided 30A and water, suggestions and directions of places to visit and things to do. I recommend the Silver Spring run (upstream or go as far as you want from Ray wayside or you can rent kayaks from Silver springs state park.) I thoroughly enjoyed my hosts and my visit and hope to stay with them again. I am ever do grateful to BW!
A very nice site in a beautiful location. Friendly, helpful hosts. Actually we arrived a day late, because of the tropical storm. We easily recommend staying here. Thanks once again!
Another excellent experience at a BDW host. Enjoyed Visiting on their porch.
We had such a nice time chatting with our hosts and their dog (yes, she chats too). Easy parking and great company! We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.
Teresa and Bill are terrific hosts. Their camper spots are quiet and picturesque. The electric and water is super accessible and Bill and Teresa are interesting and delightful. Their location is close to Silver Springs park but also convenient to many other Florida attractions. It took me 20 minutes to get to I-75 and it was WELL WORTH the small detour. I highly recommend this Boondocking spot.
