My fiance and I are 30 years old and this past spring we decided to ditch the 9-5 and "standard" way of life to live a life of adventure. We sold our townhome in Minnesota in July and have been traveling the United States ever since. We have goals to see all of the National Parks and hike to as many beautiful mountain peaks as possible. We are digital nomads seeking more out of this wonderful life and hoping to see every square inch of this beautiful country before settling down and buying land of our own. We love living life simplistically and minimally and enjoy our space in our travel trailer.
Adam knows a lot about cars and vehicles and random ways to fix our RV. Amanda is super organized and the one always planning where to go and what to see.
We have 2 Bengal Cats, that are 7 years old. They go outside on their harnesses and leashes and go for periodic walks, otherwise they are indoor cats. They are very friendly and vocal, but they also can be timid and shy around people and hide out in our RV.
Buffalo Gap Grasslands, right north of the entrance to the Badlands, was the most incredible experience and most beautiful place! We only got to stay one night, due to super severe storms, but if we could have we would have stayed longer!
We also really enjoyed camping in Atherton Campground (no hookups) in the Bridger-Teton National Forest right outside of Grand Teton National Park. Most beautiful views of Slide Lake and the surrounding mountains and forests.
Amanda grew up in Maplewood, Minnesota and Adam grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota. We spent the last 8 years of our lives together living in Woodbury, Minnesota.
We have a 2019 Grand Design Imagine Travel Trailer (black & white) with a 2013 Chevy Express Van (white) as our tow vehicle.
AandA were very proficient in maneuvering their rig and were set up in no time. We would be more than happy to host them again if they’re in the area.
Friendly couple who respected and appreciated our host location. Cats are cute and interesting.
Welcome back any time and by any hosts
First timers-glad they got to share the experience at our property. We hardly noticed they were here. Good luck with your Florida venture!
