This was our first Boondockers Welcome experience! We arrived at the agreed upon time and the host came right out to greet us and guide us into the parking location. We picked this location because we have relatives that live nearby. This was a great first Boondockers experience and we would definitely stay here again when passing through the area. Thank you C and P!
What a joy it was to spend a relaxing 2 days with such beautiful people living in a spot with such an incredible view.
In the short time we spent together I feel like I now have new friends to visit in the future. My little dog enjoyed meeting some cows for the first time!
I look forward to visiting again!
Loved our stay here! Had a wonderful evening with P & C complete with bon fire, quiet country living and a beautiful evening of stars. Had a great time sharing fire and conversation with the hosts! If you're n the area, stop by.
Travelling during the pandemic and July 4th weekend, we were trying to avoid the crowds. Wattsburg farm provided the perfect location. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, and included us in the local celebration of fireworks, star gazing and a bonfire. If you are traveling along the interstate, and need a quiet nights stay near Erie, PA, don't miss Wattsburg Farm, you will be greeted by a very kind and generous host couple. Thank you for a memorable evening. Wiggman
Had the best time being hosted by P an C. They made us feel right at home and part of the family. If the rest of my experiences with boondockers is even close to this, then we are truly blessed. Thanks again!
Wattsburg Farm is a brand new host and a great addition to the network. We parked behind the house with a view of the fields across from the property. While they are not a working farm there is one next door and we watched the cows moving around. Sunsets were glorious. Our hosts were friendly and helpful making recommendations of what to see. Sadly for us, Prequel Isle park was closed on our one full day for spraying but our visit to Dobbin's Landing and the Maritime Museum where we saw the Niagara of the War of 1812 game were great. We'll definitely be returning for a longer stay next time.
