We are recently retired. We are the parents of 11 children. Our son Brayden is 8. He keeps us very busy. So far we are having fun but looking forward to finding friends for all of us! Our friend Dianne retired from 30 years of Foster Parenting and is along for the fun.
Tim is very handy and has great carpenters skills. He can build and fix anything. He is also a great cook. All I have to do is exist and clean up!
In my working life I was a great organizer, multitasker, and able to keep the entire admin staff at our charter school organized. I worked directly under the principal and kept her in line 😏
I also fixed up the students owies, died tears, and kept them on task.
Brayden is a very strong willed active 8 year old who can do anything! Just ask him! He’s a great fun little boy.
As I said Tim can fix anything and loves projects. Or he can jump in a fix a meal. He was a caterer in his former life and also the cook at the juvenile jail in Reno for 25 years.
I can clean, babysit or help out with whatever. I’m a great grunt worker!
We recently relocated to Cabool in southern MO. We come from Reno Nevada where I was born and raised. Tim was born in Phoenix Arizona but lived in Reno for about 40 years. We have a son and his family on East coast and another son and his family in Washington and a daughter and her family in Vegas. We also have several children in the Reno area. We always have someplace to stay when we are around these areas!

We got to Host KarenTim finally after they Hosted us on 2 different visits. I had a long conversation and we shared many thoughts. They are all welcome back any time.
Excellent communication about their arrival status and respectful of the property. They are welcome back any time!
Some people just don’t like rain.
I’m sorry about that but have no control of rain.
All good we weren't there and they only had a short stay but I saw them come and go via our security cameras. Welcome back again.
Unfortunately life was a little hectic in my world and I didn’t get as much time as I’d like to have had to chat with them. But in the time that I did have I enjoyed the short conversations and especially their little guy. He brought me lots of smiles! Safe travels!
Nice family! Respectful of the property. We wish them safe travels!
We were so happy to have them as guests. Great folks, quiet campers and friendly to boot. Come back anytime.
Enjoyed our time together. Their 6 year old son left with a little piece of my heart! Will definataly be looking forward to catching up with them down the road
Left everything immaculate! Sorry we didn't meet in person. Blessings on your journey
Enjoyed having them visit, hope they continue to follow there dreams . Devoted to family, so deserving of self care.
Nice people hope they enjoyed their stay.
Quite people they welcome to stay again.
Karen and Tim were a pleasure to have as our guests. We would invite them back anytime!
Did not get to meet our hosts but all was as described. Enjoyed the town and recommended restaurant.
Level parking spot with room for motorhome and towed vehicle. Nice walking in city park about a block away.
Wonderful host, very accommodating. Very good communication. Peaceful stay.
KarenTim are great hosts. The site is level and has shade most of the time. Quiet and pretty close to what's available in Cabool.
Perfect location for me as I made my way to Joplin, Missouri for some generator work.
Hosts were away but were gracious enough to let me stay and directed me on where to park and hook up.
Easy to find, quiet and safe.
Thank you so much!
Impressed with the hosts hospitality, pulled in late and on a short notice, Timothy came out in the drizzle to help get us settled in.
Slept well and ready for another day
Quiet neighborhood, level parking spot. Electric and Water available. KarenTim were great hosts. Would request a stay here again.
Tip: Chanced a breakfast at LA Cafe in Mt. Grove on our way west. Recommended, It was really good.
Excellent stay at the Cabool rest stop! We drove all day in a winter storm arriving a bit late, but they were ready for us flagging us down. My husband received a great welcoming letter from our host’s grandson who wished us well on our journey. So cute!
