I am a retired newspaper editor living my RV dream. I am on the road, attempting to stay in 75-degree weather. I am quiet and don't need to be entertained. I do have air brakes on the skoolie, so they beep for about 2 minutes after sitting for the night.
As a pagan elder, I am happy to read tarot cards, offer Reiki, educate and advise on pagan topics, make charms, offer blessings ... and from my years of employment, edit copy, take photos, brainstorm ideas and organize events.
I have a large white cat that should NEVER be off the bus.
A bedroom on a farm in Dorchester, NH is my home base. Lived 64 years of my life in Central Connecticut.
I have a 1989 school bus converted into an RV and registered as such in 2019. You can see photos on both my website and Facebook page for The Witch on Wheels (.com). It's 30' long, 8' wide and about 10' tall. Weighs about 16,000. It's diesel with air brakes, so it's not exactly quiet when starting.
Guests comunication was excellent. We were able to find a shady spot as we were only able to offer 20 amp plug in. Another time might be able to share a campfire.
Easy going guest. Looking forward to her next visit to Pfisterville.
All went well and enjoyed her stay. She seemed to enjoy it here. Good luck on your travels
Lynn stayed on for an extra night before moving to her next destination.
Very unique bus, nice design inside. Best of luck "witch" ever road your journey takes you. Safe travels.
That's her license plate. Wonderful, enthusiastic traveler. An admitted newbie, she's learning as she goes. Safe travels, Lynn!
Amazingly Nice. Appreciated her stay and her help with reading my cards. Welcome back anytime. Would love to see again. Thank you so much. Her visit has been the most fun thus far. She has put me back on the right path in my life.
She was only here for one night she had a number of mechanical problems before getting here. She actually booked with us and canceled thinking she was going to go somewhere else and then I think mechanical problems hit. The gray tank for her school bus RV was outside and not protected from the weather, and it was cold that night she put a propane heater underneath it. The RV is not really good for cold weather in my opinion. Her plan was to be further south by then and hopefully she is there now. I hope all works out well for her and she’s welcome to stay anytime in the future.
I felt very badly after sending WOW to our mechanic who was then rude to her and hope that her mechanical problem was resolved today after she left here. I also regretted that the Wi-Fi that we usually provide to our guests, and have done without problems in the past, we were unable to provide to her, especially as she really needed it! She is very brave to be setting off on her own like this and has a really neat setup, and we wish her much luck in her travels. Hopefully she will find a warm place to stay!
What a pleasure. We had a wonderful time and got to spend some time in quiet conversations. Wonderful
