I love sports and I started my career in education as a teacher in sports. I was active in all kinds of sports. At the moment I still play tennis 2 or 3 times a week .
My wife is also retired and worked as a teacher for more then 40 years. Together we have 3 sons, 3 daughters in law and 2 grandchildren.
In The Netherlands we also have an RV and together we travelled all around in Europe.
We also travelled all over the world and visited the US several times. We also were volunteering in Tanzania (Africa). My wife in a schoolproject and I was in a sportsproject, both in Arusha.
We like animals and have some at home (e.g. chicken and donkeys). We both love nature.

Rob-en-José's Pets

We always had 2 dogs, but our last dog died 1,5 year ago. Now we don't have any because we travel a lot. But we have 2 donkeys and 5 chicken.

Rob-en-José's Hometown

We live in a small town called Didam. It's in the east part of The Netherlands, near the German Border. It is a nice little town with old traditions. We have a large garden, so we spent a lot of time to work in it, but also to enjoy it.

Wonderful guests!

Rob-en-Jose were a lovely couple! Very friendly, great communication before and during their stay, etc. Was nice to chat for a little and find out about all the places they've been. I would not hesitate to host them again!
