We are Alli and Sean. Both from South Haven, MI our whole lives and wanted to explore what our country has to offer. We bought a 1994 Coachman Destiny 38' Class A and spent 3 years renovating it to be our own when we saved up money. We just sold our house and are debt free traveling the country in search of great hiking and beautiful scenery to share with others on our YouTube channel Here Then Gone. We have shared our driveway with fellow travelers before we sold our house and loved the experience.
We completely remodeled the interior of the RV. Carpentry, plumbing, electrical. You name it, we can do it. We also added a 1920 watt solar array with dual 80 amp charge controllers, 3000 watt inverter, and 1200 amp hours of batteries. We work on our own vehicles and just recently changed out an A/C compressor pulley bearing on our Jeep while in a Walmart parking lot. If you need a tool, we probably have it in our rig.
We have two cats, Simba and Nala, who travel full time with us. They hide under the couch when the diesel fires up, but have gotten very comfortable with the lifestyle when their house isn't in motion. Haha
We stayed 2 weeks in the White Mountain National Forest in New Hampshire and also 2 weeks in the Green Mountain National Forest in Vermont.
We are from South Haven, Michigan, but no longer have a residence anywhere but our RV.

I really didn't get a chance to talk with them. They arrived in the afternoon and cut short their stay. They left the next morning to go home due to the Pandemic.
Glad this was a very productive stay. Now a BMW motorcycle and special lift carrier added to their rig setup. Sean is very talented and equipped to handle any needs to fix and adapt his rig. He and Ali were very friendly, respectful and appreciative of our host site and the opportunities it provided for them to achieve several goals they had. Had several chances to share stories and experiences, especially about bikes and motors.
Travel safe and welcome back any time.
I found HereThenGone to be a very interesting and talented couple. He and I had very interesting conversations. Due to a knee injury on my part our time together in conversation was short due to my having to spend a lot of time icing my injury. Take aloof at the work he has done renovating their motor home. He has some great ideas. They are most welcome to return any time.
Sean and Alli stayed with us a few nights and were great guest. They are friendly and quite also offer to help out where needed. They remodeled their motorhome and are so knowledgeable on multiple subjects. We enjoyed hosting them and would welcome them back.
Butch & Judy
But we enjoyed hosting them while they were here!
Nice revamped rig. Glad they enjoyed their time here.
They were great guests. They left the place like they found it. They are welcome back anytime.
A treat to have as guests.
It is remarkable as to what.can.be done to an.older motor coach. Take the tour if possible.
I.did not get the.chance to visit very much as l was out chasing the Big Boy.
We really enjoyed their visit with us and hope they return back through on their two-year journey. I learned a great deal about solar boondocking and we had a lot of fun over the weekend with them. We enthusiastically recommend them. They are can be very quiet, but if you decide to engage with them, they are delightful company. Their RV overhaul is very impressive and beautiful and they handle their rig expertly.
You want to host this couple! Good vibe people with a great story to tell. We really enjoyed meeting them! Loved their awesome rig and their parking skills. They taught us that, yes, you can park a 40 footer in our space. They were very nice to talk to and seeing how they transformed their rig is a must see. Be sure to ask all of your techie questions because they have the answers! Would love to have them back!!!
These guys took 3 years to redo an amazing RV, sold everything and hit the roads with their cats. They are fun to hang out with, considerate guests, and a true pleasure to call friends. They are welcome back anytime!
