Hi there my name is April and I am on the road indefinitely in search of a progressive new home. Im on a mission to see the most places and have the most fun while doing it.....I am an animal lover whose cat tragically perished on this trip so I am always eager to fill that void with as many belly rubs and scratches as possible. Transitioning to life on the road was easy as Im an avid music festival attendee, so Ive been 'camping' long before I even wanted to. I travel all over the country for music, one of my favorite events being Nola Jazzfest. Im also a water rat, swimming, kayaking, waterfall hikes - yes please! I was huge into craft beers but am now trying to do Keto ( :P ). I also love rocks/gems/minerals and similarly jewelry (lucikly its the number one thing I can justify collecting on this voyage as it takes up minimal space I enjoy architecture, specifically Frank Lloyd Wright as I most recently lived close to Falling Water. Im also very into organic food, recycling, and composting -your typical hippie!
I do have to work while on the road to support myself. So I generally stick around bigger cities during the extended weekend for business and then try to get away/into the wilderness during the week.
Not an expert by any means but know some things about music, beer, jewelry, and rocks. Also always happy to give the 5 second tour of my Scamp as I know people are generally curious.
On the contrary I am always interested in learning from YOU. I am young-ish and have a lot to learn, particularly about RVing and looking to get into a solar outfit, etc.
Sadly No, my cat is no longer with me and dreaming of the day I can provide the right life for a dog
Anywhere close to water. animals, or secluded so I can sleep with just the screen open and catch some stars!
Also a member of Harvest Hosts which I cannot recommend enough - stay at breweries, wineries, farms, farmers markets, museums, etc!
Born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey then raised in Allentown, Pa with summers @ the Jersey Shore and then Pittsburgh, Pa for college and beyond
Very tiny 13 ft Scamp with 3 feet of that 'tongue' towed by a Kia Sportage SUV
She arrived right on schedule hooked in to our water and hydro. I took her down to the beach for a short swim. It was pleasant to sit and have a good conversation! Have a good trip and safe journey. Hope to see you again.
She couldn't be nicer. Showed up later in the evening and let me know ahead of time. She used 15A service and seemed very glad to have it since it was very muggy out. She was very quiet and pulled out late the next morning. I hope you have great trip! Thanks for the beer exchange!
On quite an adventure and seemed to enjoy exploring our area. Welcome back here anytime. Enjoy your travels....
Her first experience with the Great Lakes and the Michigan “West Coast.” Would host her again any time.
