No HOA any inquiries your my guests/friends, city of Peoria states three days without moving, so move slightly may be advisable.. One spot is on the street across from my house, not in front of a house no electric or water hook (free to use my hose across the street for filling up tank) free to park there as a public citizen and I welcome you to as well. . The other spot is in my driveway for 21 ft long or less, van type not obviously camper and not level.
Across from my home can park larger RV's overnight, without any neighbor involvement except possibly an inquiry, but wont be in front of a home. City of Peoria rules only apply and as long as legally registered and moved a few inches every three days, your fine. Shorter RV's, trucks, cars or vans. There is a free dump spot on 83rd and Grand Avenue,.less then eight miles away

The host was very welcoming and generously went as far as offering use of space in her backyard to relax. We chatted regularly about various topics. I really felt at home. Best host.
Thanks so much for hosting us and being there for us when needed :)
Merry Christmas and stay well!
E - Z. Easy to find, easy freeway access, everything within a few miles, easy-going hostess, upscale quiet neighborhood, the perfect boondocking spot when you need some civilization! Thank you L.
Two Parks was warm, friendly and very helpful. She responded quickly to all communications and was responsive to our needs.
Had two peaceful nights here with easy access in and out. Safe neighborhood and with close services. Glad to have had the chance for at least a social distance talk with the host, which for me is such an important part of using this website to meet nice people along the way and express my appreciation in person for letting me stay at their places. Thanks again for having me and hopefully until next.
Great friend now that she has hosted me multiple times and is always so helpful and giving. Even though I’m parked on the street, host makes me feel welcome and at home in front of her house. Use of electricity, water, garbage, recycling back patio and more!!
We had a quiet peaceful night parking in our host driveway spot. Suburban Phoenix neighborhood.
Due to the coronavirus taking place at this time we had a short talk with our host, kept our distance. the next time will have to engage more
Super friendly and accommodating host! Highly recommended for an overnight stop
Both host were really niece and informative. Is a street parking for a rig our size but very quiet neighborhood with lots of stuff to do around. Is a good stay for a short visit. You will love the host.
Two parks was a great place for us to transition from camping to flying out. It is close to shopping and amenities. The bonus is that it is just a block from the canal multi use trails which seem to be endless. Great for walking and cycling.
Our host was really pleasant, hospitable and helpful. It was really great talking to her.
I needed one more night and host was welcoming as usual! Perfect place to boondock in the city with a toad!
Great quiet street parking, even with a toad. The host was very responsive and wanted to be at helpful at every turn!
