No HOA any inquiries your my guests/friends, city of Peoria states three days without moving, so move slightly may be advisable.. One spot is on the street across from my house, not in front of a house no electric or water hook up (use my hose, to the right of the front door, to fill up tank pull up temporally hose reaches to the road) free to park there as a public citizen and I welcome you to as well. .
(Van, Car, SUV) The other spot is in my driveway for 20 ft long or less, van type not level but not too much of an incline.
(RV) Across from my home can park larger RV's overnight, without any neighbor involvement except possibly an inquiry, but wont be in front of a home. (stop sign caution park about 25 feet from it) City of Peoria rules only apply and as long as legally registered and moved a few inches every three days, your fine. There is a free dump spot on 83rd and Grand Avenue,.less then eight miles away
Plant growing, remodeling, refinishing, traveler again soon and great with children and pets..
i don't have pets, but backyard secure, for children and animals. Free to leave garbage in containers, and sit to enjoy back yard patio feel instead of a street to look at. Bring your barbeque as well.
Less then one block east on park like bike ride or walk is a mall. Less then two blocks south same wide sidewalk paths (under the road path travel) is Rio Vista Park and workout facility, city of Peoria day passes available for less then truck stop shower pass, baby sitting, gamea for teens and preteens, showers batting cages and more.
The other direction shorter distance down a quiet neighborhood road playground, picnic, restrooms, tennis and basketball courts with very large grass area.
Ones that don't cost anything and are quiet.
From north east and traveled the east coast, homes in PHX area for over thirty years.

Doc and I wonderful time on her property. She was very friendly and helpful. We had great conversations together. It was a very pleasant and warm atmosphere. We really appreciate her letting us stay on her property. Thank you again
This location was perfect for spending a few days in the city to get errands done before heading back out into nature - plenty of stores within a short drive. The host was a pleasure to visit with, and she very generously let me enjoy her lovely back patio. Next time I'm in the Phoenix area I'll be sure to stay here again!
Louann is an amazing host and the location was perfect for me.
It was my first experience with Boondockers Welcome and it really couldn’t have been better.
I was able to hook up and sat in the yard and had a lovely visit with Louann.
Definitely recommend. I know I will be back.
Thank you so much! 5 STARS!!
The drive way was tight for our 17ft camper but we made it work
We felt like we were part of the neighborhood, next door guy was great to talk to! Very comfortable stay, we felt safe!
Thanks for hosting us
A lovely, quiet place to stay for the evening with a kind host. I often think about how this plague affects every aspect of our lives... safety dictates we can’t talk face to face anymore. Even writing a thank you note makes one worry about germs left behind. Hopefully this reality ends soon. Be safe everyone
Just off the 101 Loop! Backyard was Pet Friendly. Great Host :-) who shared her street parking, driveway, backyard and trash cans. Yes, sure it sounds weird but sometimes it’s nice not having to travel to a dumpster, eh? And our Beagle loved walking around the neighborhood smelling and searching for all the rabbits 🐰 Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! All the best Boondocking & Blessings to you :-)
The host was very welcoming and generously went as far as offering use of space in her backyard to relax. We chatted regularly about various topics. I really felt at home. Best host.
Thanks so much for hosting us and being there for us when needed :)
Merry Christmas and stay well!
E - Z. Easy to find, easy freeway access, everything within a few miles, easy-going hostess, upscale quiet neighborhood, the perfect boondocking spot when you need some civilization! Thank you L.
Two Parks was warm, friendly and very helpful. She responded quickly to all communications and was responsive to our needs.
Had two peaceful nights here with easy access in and out. Safe neighborhood and with close services. Glad to have had the chance for at least a social distance talk with the host, which for me is such an important part of using this website to meet nice people along the way and express my appreciation in person for letting me stay at their places. Thanks again for having me and hopefully until next.
Great friend now that she has hosted me multiple times and is always so helpful and giving. Even though I’m parked on the street, host makes me feel welcome and at home in front of her house. Use of electricity, water, garbage, recycling back patio and more!!
We had a quiet peaceful night parking in our host driveway spot. Suburban Phoenix neighborhood.
Due to the coronavirus taking place at this time we had a short talk with our host, kept our distance. the next time will have to engage more
Super friendly and accommodating host! Highly recommended for an overnight stop
Both host were really niece and informative. Is a street parking for a rig our size but very quiet neighborhood with lots of stuff to do around. Is a good stay for a short visit. You will love the host.
Two parks was a great place for us to transition from camping to flying out. It is close to shopping and amenities. The bonus is that it is just a block from the canal multi use trails which seem to be endless. Great for walking and cycling.
Our host was really pleasant, hospitable and helpful. It was really great talking to her.
I needed one more night and host was welcoming as usual! Perfect place to boondock in the city with a toad!
Great quiet street parking, even with a toad. The host was very responsive and wanted to be at helpful at every turn!
