Since retirement, I have been traveling in the winter in my truck & camper. I am familiar with looking for a place to park for a while and appreciate finding this service. By offering what I can to my fellow travellers, I hope to help this beautiful solution perpetuate.

Rig Type: Truck Camper
23 feet long
I have a Dodge 3500 full size dually extended cab truck with a camper that hangs 3 feet past the 8 foot truck bed...the overhand is where my bathroom is located with the holding tanks below it. It is one of the biggest campers available but my rig still allows me great maneuverability over a pull trailer. The width is approximately 8ft -- the same width of a full size truck with dual rear wheels and can fit in a parking space at a Walmart -- grant you it is close to the lines on both sides. I have no problems backing this rig up. I have driven some of the smallest streets in the Baja successfully. I should be able to fit anywhere a similar length RV would fit.

Quiet night, short stay
Wanderingsoul was a very pleasant quiet guest, stayed less than 12 hours just to catch the early ferry.
Would have been happy to chat more, hope to see her again...

Quick visit
We hosted wanderingsoul as she headed up Island and home on her last night. We weren’t able to socialize much as it was a wet winter night here. We can say that she was a quiet, respectful guest who was no trouble whatsoever to host. We can recommend her without reservation.
