Married for 29 years with one son who is 28. Just sold/purged everything, and we are taking a year hiatus to live in a better way. My husband’s name is Bill. We are RV newbies and are learning as we go!
Yes. We had 5 dogs, but have lost 4 in the last 2 years...3 in the last year. So we only have one little guy left. His name is Herbie. He loves people, needs to warm up to other dogs, and is not sure how he feels about cats..

We weren't there during their stay but they did wave into the security cameras and left a donation for electric.
We enjoyed meeting this full-time RV family and getting acquainted with them. They are very respectful, appreciative and considerate of our property and their dog, Herbie, is well-behaved. We wish them Godspeed and safe travels as they explore our great USA and hope they find their dreams come true. Perry, Ginny & Georgia
having strangers in your yard is kinda weird sometimes. but not with these two. you get the feeling that they are your cousins that came to visit from Iowa or something. they are super friendly and ready for adventures. not everyone that visits likes to socialize so I always just give them their space and let them reach out if they chose to. we spoke ahead of time and they expressed a desire to take me up on my offer to go canoeing. we had a great day with lots of great conversations. their dog Herbie is a sweetie!! respectful guests and left the area clean. they are welcome back any time.
Great couple. Enjoyed hosting them. Friendly and great conversations. loved hearing of their travels and they shared a lot of great useful information they have picked up along their travels. We look forward to hosting them again when they travel back this way. Herbie is a very cute and friendly dog.
We didn't get to see much of our Alayne guests during the first part of their stay due to a very busy schedule on our part, but we had a very enjoyable visit around our campfire on their last day. They are welcome back at any time!
What a treat it was to host this couple on their quest to see what life has to offer! From the moment they arrived I never saw them without smiles on their faces, and excitement in their voices for this journey they are on. They took a leap of faith and set out across the miles, not as seasoned RVers, but as newbies with a vision. Kudos to them for wanting to see this great land of ours, and doing everything in their power to make it happen. Fun-loving, and certainly young at heart on their way to what I'm sure will be some wonderful adventures. I truly hope to see them again sometime! Hoping nothing but the best for them as they travel on!
