2012 Sprinter Van.
Blossom stayed at our place in the Michigan U.P in early August. We didn't have a lot of time to get acquainted, as other things kept us away most of the time they were there, but during the time we were able to spend with them (at their arrival) we had a very enjoyable chat. They are welcome back any time!
When they say totally self-contained..they mean it. Kirk and Nancy were our first guests through Boondockers. Needless to say, we were a bit nervous. They were great role models for us newbies and would definitely welcome them back.
Enjoyed our guests and conversation. Could have visited with them all night. They are always welcome next time they are passing through.
Really close to St.A. but still in the country so lots of wildlife around. Thanks for the use of your driveway. Chicklet and I enjoyed our walk around the neighborhood... first time I've ever seen Muscovy Ducks... Chicklet couldn't figure out what they were ... they obviously were pretty tame as they didn't respond to her barking!!!
I want to leave a bad review so next time we go to visit there may be availability BUT - THEY are wonderful, loving and very interesting people. They loved our dog and extended a very warm welcome. We hope to be able to visit next time in Florida, even if we don't need a place to stay!!
6 stars out of 5!!!! :)
Such a treat to have a host from BW in the incredibly popular St Augustine area. Great location. Very accommodating couple. House and parking spot on busy road but quiets down to no traffic at night. Stay here :)
We really appreciated staying with at Blossom's st. Augustine home. The hosts are very nice people and gave us lots of advice . Plenty of room in their driveway for our class B RV.
Thanks for hosts who were not home but authorized us to stay. Very grateful. Place eas quiet.
Nancy and Kirk were not at home but we can stay at there house. Very quiet at night (only sound of frogs and 1 train in the morning). Great place for visit the beaches and old town. Good and free parking lot see IOverlander app in center of town. Hope to see them when we come over a next time to america. Thanks Johan and Lies, the Netherlands
Well located, a little out of downtown.
Nice & clean.
Communication easy with host.
Quiet neighborhood for being a major road.
Thank you again. We enjoyed our stay :-)
After touring St Augustine and seeing the lights we had a warm welcome. We knew it would be a positive experience as soon as we saw the welcoming Canadian flag.
Thank you for sunrise suggestion it was perfect
I have filled out this reference form multiple times. They were great hosts. Convenient location, and hopefully I can return their hospitality.

Nancy & Kirk were wonderful hosts and their home is close to the beaches and beautiful downtown Saint Augustine. They are both very kind and fascinating people with great stories to tell. I hope to see them again someday.
We had a wonderful stay at Blossom’s
they were very gracious and helpful.
The space was perfect for our 20 foot camper van. Nice and level.
Great hosts.
Nice flat parking, and easy to find, but easier in the daylight.
Hope to see them again soon. R.
We appreciate our stay with Blossom near Saint Augustine. Our hosts were very charming and
Helpfull
We needed somewhere to stay overnight to break up our drive from South Carolina to Florida and this was a great place for us. Sadly we didn't meet our hosts but their communication was great and their place was easy to find. Parking up was no trouble and the road is pretty quiet.
Thank you Blossom for hosting us! All the info provided about the area, quick communication, and a great driveway stay! We had an absolute blast and will definitely contact again if in the area. Thank you!
Our host was very accommodating and is quite a conversationalist. He has experience in many types of outdoors activities and is very willing to share his knowledge with others.
We really enjoyed out stay.
Thank you!
Dennis & Sherry
We stayed at Sally and Kirks place and they were awesome! They definatly inspired us to keep on going with our journey and thief spot was a nice safe spot to stay! If the weather wasn’t so crappy we would’ve liked to spend more time with them! Thanks for the stay ✌🏻💕
Kirk and Nancy were very gracious hosts, we got to visit with Kirk and he shared a lot of helpful information with us about the area and traveling in general. We would definitely stay again if in the area!
We stayed 2 nights in April and were warmally welcomed uppon arrival. Althogh we did not have the right adaptor from 50 to 30 Amp for the utility, the host found a solution. St. Augustin is a nice historic town to visit. Recommending if you are in the area.
We stayed 2 nights at Blossom’s. It was an easy location to find just outside the hectic pace of the city. Some road noise but it quieted down over night for a restful sleep after a full day of site seeing around St Augustine.
They responded quickly to my request to stay. Met Kirk and he was very accomodating offering me hookups for my Roadtrek. We chatted for a while and then went about our business. The train did wake me up at night but the place was very quiet otherwise.
The spot is tight but very doable. Location is quiet, except for minor train noise and easily accessible to transportation. Coffee group meets at Krystal AM.

Nancy and Kirk were very welcoming. They met us upon our arrival and chatted with us for a little while. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Nancy and Kirk had a nice spot in their yard for a couple days.
They were welcoming friendly and inquisitive. We had conversation and I was invited to a lovely meal when I arrived.
Kirk was so helpful with a couple issues I had with my trailer and car. Super helpful!
A lovely thoughtful couple. Would visit again next time I'm in the area!
The site was nice and quiet Blossom and her partner were very congenial and especially helpful when we experienced serious mechanical issues with our rig.
Blossom (Kirk & Nancy) are wonderful, welcoming hosts! My husband and I loved them and hated to leave, as did our dog. They were welcoming, helpful (even gave us some discount tickets for a local attraction), and very interesting to talk with. We enjoyed our brief stay very much and can't say enough good things about them. We'd love to stop by again when we next visit Florida.
Nancy was very understanding when we arrived later than planned (after a trip to Walmart and stop off to have dinner).
The electric hook up was helpfully left out for us and in the morning we had a lovely chat with Nancy, who gave us some tips on places nearby.
Thanks again! :-)
We fully recommend this host. Were very helpful and so so sweet. They have put a CANADIAN flag <emoji><emoji> just before our arrival, what a delicate attention. St Augustine is really near to this location, about 20 minutes. We have really appreciated our stay. Thanks again !
We stayed March of 2016! We just recently boondocked at another Boondockers Welcome location and realized we had not left a review for Blossom. This was our very first boondockers welcome experience! We didn't know quite what to expect, but they were very great hosts! Quick to respond to our message, and when we arrived they invited us in and we were able to chat a bit. These two were so interesting!! What a life of travel and excitement! Later we were able to have a tour of their rig and we were also able to plug into electric (with our motorhome we had at the time).
I was just on this website and noticed our recommendation doesn’t seem to have gone through, sorry about that.
We stayed in April 2017. On our way home to NS, Canada from a 9 week across USA adventure.
Although Blossom was busy getting ready for their own adventures they were able to host us for a night and were both wonderful hosts. We had some good conversation and great advice on where to go in the local area. They are quite the travelers. In addition we got a tour of their RV that had creatively and very thoughtfully been renovated. Wish we had had more time. Highly recommend these kind, interesting folks.
Blossom was our first boondocking experience which we approached with a little trepidation. But they were wonderful – very friendly and helpful and great hosts. The site is in their driveway in a quiet area. They gave us some great travel tips that only a local could and made us feel very welcome.
Last March 22nd 2015, Blossom hosted us for one night. warm welcome and interesting discussion. We wish to see you in Québec City, and wby not with your sailing boat. See you!!
Had our first Boondockers Welcome stop over. What a nice experience! BLOSSOM are a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome and safe. Spent the evening making music, next morning he provided his tools and expertise with some upgrades to our campervan, then photography tips and tricks over coffee. We will definitely stop in again when we are in the area.
Enjoyed a one night stay in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We shared some appetizers and listened to some acoustical guitar music downtown. Went to the market the next morning to listen to some more music. Could not find any better Hosts. Hope I come by their way again!
A very nice 2 night stay at a quiet residential area just a few miles from the center of the action in St. Augustine. Unfortunately, we did not meet our hosts but they were quick to respond to our inquiries and were kind enough to allow us to stay in there driveway while they were out of town. We appreciate their generosity towards us and hope to meet them in a future trip to the area, next year. We can highly recommend them as a host. Thankyou Kirk.
We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed Kirk's stories about his travels and photography. They were very accommodating and it's in a great location. I would highly recommend stopping here.
Accommodated me on rather short notice. Grateful. Stayed one evening/night. Quiet location close to beautiful Crescent beach. For 21 foot rigs or less, Class C and B. Thank you, Dr. Paula
We really appreciate our stay with Blossom. They shared souvenirs with us and are very helpfull. It's our second time here and St-Augustine is a great city just near by.
Very nice welcoming people. We had electricity and stayed in their driveway. Their place was easy to find.
Hope they can come visit us sometime.
Paul and I arrived late but Kirk had an extension cord in the driveway for us just in case. We easily parked in the driveway next to an exact size sprinter van! We were going to leave early but we enjoyed talking, sharing stories, and checking out each others vans. Lovely interesting couple. Thanks so much for the bag of oranges!
Kirk is one of those people that is capturing all of life as he travels through it. A man of many vocations and modes of travel. Easy parking, warm welcome and interesting couple.
Although we weren't able to spend a lot of time together, I enjoyed meeting Nancy and Kirk. They made me feel very welcome and had lots of recommendations of what to see and where to eat! They are just a short simple drive from historic St. Augustine and the beach...I appreciated their hospitality and generosity and look forward to hosting them should they make it to Nova Scotia!

We were host very friendly by Nancy and Kirk and talk a lot about places we had discovered in Canada and U.S.A. They were very curious and enthousiast and we hope they will visit us in Montreal.
Arrived to find somebody already boon docking. No problem - Kirk made us very welcome and were able to hook up electricity.
Recommend this hos to all boon dockers
Wow what a nice couple. We really enjoyed getting to know this interesting couple a bit and enjoying the lovely area where they live. They were very helpful and genuine people. We parked under the trees and the spot worked out great. I hope we get to host them in Maine someday.
Nancy and Kirk were great. Very friendly and they provided helpful information about other camping spots in Florida. Our first time using Boondockers Welcome and it couldn't have gone better.
I had the opportunity to stay here and had a great time. Very accommodating and helpful. Will stop again when next in the Jacksonville area. Don't hesitate to contact and stop here.
