We sold our house and everything we own to purchase an old bus, convert it into an RV and hit the road full time. We have 6 wonderful children and 3 dogs. I’m a graphic designer and can work remotely from almost anywhere. We are a family that is passionate about learning and we are excited to experience all that the things we have read about for so long.
I have built our RV 100% myself. My father is a general contractor so I have expertise in woodworking, electrical, plumbing, and now bus conversions. Including solar, battery, and propane setups.
We have 3 dogs that travel with us. They are very kind and we always make sure to clean up after them.
We are fairly new to this so still trying to figure it out.
We come from Logan, Utah where we have lived for about 15 years. It was difficult to leave but the road will be a new adventure for our family.
1986 MCI tour bus that has been converted into an RV. 40 ft long and 8 ft wide. We are also towing a Toyota Sienna minivan on a tow dolly.
Matthewae were excellent guests, very quiet and respectful. We enjoyed hosting all the family. They are welcome back anytime.
John and I are still talking about this beautiful family. We want you back!!! Your children are the most precious kids that we have ever met. Very respectful, kind, entertaining, and loving. They have been raised by the two parents who have given me a whole new meaning to my life. I love you all very much and really hope you come see us again. God loves you!!! Hugs and love to all of you. This family right here is the reason we host to boondockers!!!
What a great experience for the kids to see the US at their age! I wish them well on their travels and are definitely welcome back anytime!
There was a lot crammed into one bus! Lol. We didn't get to see much of these guys besides the first night when the checked in, but they were no problem at all. It seems like they are on an exceptional journey, we wish them the best of luck!
