We are a young 65+ couple. Love to RV and share the enjoyment of our 26 years of RVing with other travelers.
If not wanting to stay with us, instead wanting to just know of a secret, unpublished, Regional District campsite on the Fraser River 20 minutes from our house (and if you promise not to tell anyone about it) we will let you know where it is. It is our favourite location (just like the picture in the RV magazines, on the Fraser River instead of a lake) and $24 per night. We have RV'ed throughout BC, Washington and California and further south through western mainland Mexico and north through Alaska..
I change my own oil . . . when I have a free day! because it takes me all day, Thats about the extent of my skill and expertise maintenance!
Aquarius RV (George) is just down the road for any servicing if needed. George's phone number is 604 240-6570 and my motorhome mechanic is ASHOK who's phone number is 604 722-0323
We do not have any pets yet but do plan to get a dog when we get old!
In the meantime please no pets . . .
Derby's Reach Regional Park (if lucky enough to get on of the only 38 spots) is right on the Fraser River (20 min away). Oregon Coast is our second favourite place in the world, with the coast of Thialand taking first place!
Surrey, B.C. The largest city in B.C. (in square miles but not population). Our city consists of about half still farmland with the other half highrises and multi-family homes. Our house is located in what most would consider the downtown core area and a five blocks to the skytrain which will take you to downtown Vancouver in 30 minutes. .

Wayne & Petra were exceptional hosts and allowed us to park our rig for an extra 3 days while we visited in the area. We owe them big-time and look forward to taking them out for a relaxed dinner on our northbound trek. Safe travels in the interim... R & S
My husband and I had a great time staying with Wayne & Petra. They had just gotten back from Europe but nevertheless they let us stay in their driveway. He shared his many adventures RVing and geo cacheing. He even inspired us to go RVing in Mexico! He also gave us a great recommendation to go on a great hike! They were truly lovely hosts and we hope to repay the favor when they come to Ontario in the future.
Thank you again and hopefully we will cross paths again. :)

Unfortunately there is Nº option to tick on a ‘very’ positive smily. We enjoyed our stay in a way that we experienced meeting good friends. We take good memories with us on our trip and really hope to see the hosts once again. May be on their trip to Europe. We wish them an excellent journey and are pleased to service them at any need in (near) future.
Thanks for your helpfulness. We appreciate all that you do. Be well and Take care!
We now have extended family but this branch of our family is located in Canada - these two folks treated us so well. Our first night in town was a nice chat with our host in spite of the fact that he and his DW were in the middle of family business dealings. They made time available for us throughout our stay even though they had others calling on their time. We had the opportunity to dine with them and their daughter (and SIL) and truly enjoyed getting to know them all. Got to go to the Flix one evening, too. We certainly hope our paths cross again. What a fine thing the BW network is.
We really want to thank Wayne and Petra for letting us stay for our last few days in Vancouver before ending our 17 month journey. Even though this was a very busy time in their lives they took time to have some meals with us and share some stories. Hopefully they will visit us one day in NZ.
Very helpful people and friendly. They made us comfortable and made all facilities available for us.
Thank you very much Waynepetra!!
We were warmly welcomed here, really hit it off with our Hosts, nice quiet location South of the Fraser. Wish we could have spent more time with our Hosts.
We stayed 2 nights at Petra and Wayne's driveway. Location of their place is within commute distance from Vancouver, and place itself nice and quiet. Both Petra and Wayne are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
we appreciated Wayne and Petra taking what little time they had from running a busy bussines to spending some of it with us.
Lovely couple who's company we enjoyed very much and hope to again.
Wayne and Petra are a wonderful couple and made us so welcome at their home in Surrey. Not only was their house handy for the light rail into the city, but Wayne insisted on driving us to the station each morning! We'd only planned on staying a couple of nights but were there for five, partly because there's so much to see in Vancouver, but mainly because Wayne arranged to take Nigel out lake fishing one day. We had to leave eventually but know we'll see these wonderful people again because they are now more than Boondocker Hosts, they are friends.
